If the new form is truly above super saiyan 3, then I wonder why Goku didn't learn it. It's kind of sad that Goku doesn't seem to have improved much at all in the 20 years or so since he defeated Boo.

I have a feeling that the new form is going to not be as powerful as super saiyan 3 but won't have any stamina drain issues, otherwise Goku has no chance at all against Vegeta.

Hoping it has a good design (...and it's kind of a shame that this years-long hyped form isn't going to be debuted by an Asura drawing)

This artist isn't bad, but they definitely had some artists in a few specials who got the Dragon Ball style better. Couldn't Salagir have got one of them instead?

My Money is because Vegeta has to use the form before his fight with Goku, Vegeta will get the glory here and Goku will figure it out by the time they fight.

Didn't like the new art at all, but as said before: better that than another stupid special. Also new form Vegeta will be different from SSJ3? Interested to see that, although he said he would only show to Goku in their possible match.

I liked it! It was basically just a fake out and Cell let his guard down. I'm guessing he thinks Cell is tired enough that he can take care of him as a super Saiyan 3 if he does it quickly.

I bet Goku and Vegeta both have this new form but made a deal not to use it unless they fight each other.

I'm betting it's gonna be Super Saiyan 2 Full Power that exceeded Super Saiyan 3 and has less energy drain. And if not, let's hope it'll be better than Blue/Blue Evolution/Caveman.

It would be logical for most people to learn Goku's techniques and if they're a Saiyan, also learn SSJ3. However, Vegeta has never been a fan of simply copying Goku's stuff and if he did, it was only out of necessity. Here though, Vegeta is just shamelessly ripping off Goku's transformations & abilities and doing it with such a smug smile on his face. I... can't tell if that's within Vegeta's character or being out of his character.
I like it and hate it at the same time. I dunno.

I wonder if Salagir still hasn't decided Vegeta's new form. It would be cool if Gogeta Jr could just draw one page showing the form off for the first time.
