Which team would win in the ToP if everyone power was equal

Lets assume somehow Zeno makes all the fighters equal power level, meaning the weak fighter would get buffed to the strongest fighter level. Which Universe do you think would win?

Basically everyone would equal Jiren, who was the strongest.

Dragonball is not that kind of series. Might makes right and surprise power-ups decide the victor.

Dragon Ball is very bad at trying to incorporate strategy into its battles, which is the reason they focus on spectacle as the series shifts further away from the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai, and consequently feel more mindless or padded. I honestly can't give much of an answer as to which Universe fights the smartest, because the ToP, as much as I applaud the effort to add actual problem-solving to some of its battles, never really tells us.

I mean, I could just say it would be Universe 7 because they have to, but I assume you're not asking "how would the series be written if this were the case".

If everyone was equal, U3 might win due to Aniliza's size. One thunderclap and all the other contestants are sent flying out of bounds!

A lot of the other universes have gimiicky powers. U7 has insane martial arts skill I think they'd batter those pigs from u11 lol

Team Universe 4 I think. Damon and Gamisaras would be hella overpowered if they were so strong despite being tiny/invisible.
They also had other illusionists and magicians in their team, so plenty of hax.

His hit and run strategy

Ultra Instinct, spirit bomb, impressive martial arts abilities, saiyan endurance

- Vegeta
Basically Goku without instant transmission, spirit bomb, and UI

- Roshi:
Mafuba, electric attack that can freeze opponents, kamehameha

- Piccolo:
Special Beam Cannon, Namekian abilities, strategist

- Gohan:
- Kamehameha, strategist, coordinator

- Frieza:
Death beam, death beam cage, laying low until the end

- 17:
Infinite stamina, His barrier making attacks more potent

18:

U9:
- Trio of Danger:
Poison

- Guy who uses choke holds


U11:
- Dyspo:
Light Speed

- Toppo:

- Guy who lays down mines








I think U6 or U7 would win personally. Dyspo, Destruction Toppo, and Hit would be the most challenging.

If Goku still manages to activate ultra instinct, then probably U7 still. He could absolutely clean house until it deactivated.

There's also the fact that 18 and 17 have infinite stamina, which is probably the 2nd best ability there.

That thing of "level" is so old that sound embarassing. It's just about KI energy. Most of fighters have natural skills that cannot be quantified.
If you have to buff up HIT to compare to JIREN, that mean creating a kinda Dio Brando that will KO everyone else in the 5 minutes of time stop.

So the question is wrong.
