Going by the show's idea of what type of purity of heart is needed for riding the Kinto'un, I definitely can't! Or, if I could, I'd fall right though as soon as I saw a hot person.

There's a difference between being "horny" and having a dirty mind. A lot of people can feel sexual excitement, but that does not mean that you should think of unhealthy things such as approaching someone only for your own gain/pleasure or even worse harass... I think the Kinto'un does not consider someone as pure of heart if you have the intention to take profit of something/someone, if you are a cheater, killer etc it's probably judging your true intentions. If you have bad intentions then you will probably fall.

I think this is a more reasonable explanation than Krillin being addicted to porn mags. A man of pure heart (ie good intentions) wouldn’t throw his peer under the bus just to gain an upper hand on them.

I think having him ride the Kinto’un sometime after the tournament would have been a good way to show that he truly has purified himself.

As basic as the show is, I think clear heart means not being a pervert as Vegeta has pure heart but on the opposite side from goodness. How does Nimbus handle evil people except for that filler?
