An Otherworld tournament

Let's assume a new arc is based on the concept of an otherworld tournament being thrown featuring all the dead fighters in Heaven and Hell. Let's assume for whatever reason most of them haven't been purified yet.

Off the top of my head, you'd have as major fighters:
- Dodoria, Zarbon, Tagoma, Shisami and the Ginyu Force
- King Cold
- King Vegeta, Nappa, Raditz, Bardock, Paragus
- Dr. Gero
- Cell
- Pui Pui, Dabura, Yakon and Babidi
- Moro, Saganbo and some goons
- Gas and the Heaters

Maybes:
- #16, Gamma 2, Cell Max (soul?)
- Granolah (when is his lifespan over?)
- Tao Pai Pai (revived after the Boo arc?)
- Piccolo Daimao (soul reincarnated onto Piccolo?)

From Toei filler:
- Paikuhan, Olibu and the original participants
- Dr. Wheelo
- Lord Slug
- Coola and his force
- Tullece
- Bojack and his gang

I'm probably missing a few. Let's have some fun with this scenario. Feel free to type up some stories, but here are some questions to get people going:

- Who would be the main character?
- Who would win, assuming everyone retained their power at death and was allowed to train since they died?
- Who would win, assuming everyone's battle power was equalized by an angel?

Paikuhan would probably be the main character since he was the strongest challenger from the original arc, and because he was fairly popular among the Toei OCs. Assuming everyone was equalized, Paikuhan is a candidate for winning too as his techniques allowed him to overpower Goku in a head-to-head fight. Of course, if Moro retained his 7-3 abilities, that might complicate things for everyone involved. Hopefully, Cell & Moro might eliminate each other in a fierce battle to see who has the better array of techniques, and then Paikuhan should be able to take on any of the other characters.
