Budokai Tenkaichi 3 Bonus Disc

I've always found old obscure DBZ home media interesting, and as a Brit I never was fortunate enough to get the disc that came as a pre-order bonus for NTSC gamers with their copy of Tenkaichi 3. I know the gist of what's on it: clips from fights from DBZ and GT, but I've never found any info beyond that, so what specifically is there to expect if I were to get my hands on a copy? Are they clips from "remastered" sets? Which soundtracks do they have? Or are they from the original 4:3 releases? Is it a PS2 disc or a proper DVD? Is there any region locking on it?
