Does El Manga Legendario give a good placement for...

Does El Manga Legendario give the placement that hadn't been made clear in the manga, that is [pre nail merge] Piccolo, by saying Nail increased his power by a factor of 5x? If Piccolo post merge was at least > 1,000,000, with most people's estimations (accounting he was > FP 2nd form Freeza, who had increased his power twice, who was initially already > 1,000,000) of his power falling in the 1,500,000 mark... Then would that give a good placement of, more or less, 300,000 for post Kaio-sama training Piccolo?

And would that also give even more support to Kami's merging boost being 2x? Because Nail stated Piccolo 'may' have been able to defeat Freeza ( having his 1st form power, 530,000, in mind), but suggesting such as a hypothetical, although a likely one... Which fits well doubling the suggested 300,000 battle power, which gives 600,000... A power > 1st form Freeza, but not by leaps and bounds that Nail would assert that as a certainty.

So the way the statement was structured, in the Spanish version at least, which seems more faithful than the French's one by a very good comparison between many and many power statements between both versions done by a member here in the Power Level Discussion Thread Section... Is that giving us an ~ 300,000 placement for Piccolo all while lending heavy credence to the Kami's boost upon turning into one again being a 2x one --- which some people felt as implied when Saichoro from Namek stated the original Namekian's power was halved post split, with the interpretation that rejoining to that part would give it the double power up whose 1/2 was previously lost? Btw, awesome information from El Manga Legendario and very good breakdown done by the member here comparing many power statements between the most famous known available versions of the guide.

Yeah, EML's estimate for Nail's power-up sounds good. And if we combine this with the idea of Kami powering Piccolo up two fold, we have it locked down quite nicely.

Piccolo 300,000
Freeza 530,000
Kamiccolo 600,000
Piccolo Fused W/ Nail 1,500,000

Is a good rough estimate how it should all work.

I'd say Piccolo at 300k is just a bit too much, seeing as Kamiccolo might only beat Freeza and won't definitely beat Freeza, but yea, it's a good range I'd say.
