Upload it to an AI. I did that with Chat GPT and got the description for the animators about Gohan's calm nature and how to draw it, and how his Battle Mode is and how to draw it, noting that Ultimate Gohan is his top game with a distinction in hairstyle.

I would at least get it translation checked if I were to do that. Generally I would say don't upload to an AI.

We have a general purpose translation request thread in another area of the forum. To repeat a few points about that:

Machine/"AI" translation is not sufficient to get full, proper, accurate context. It is at best a head-start in roughly understanding the baseline of what you're looking at, but even then simple mistakes can (and will) lead you down the wrong rabbit hole.

If you are interested in having something translated, it's always worth sharing a little bit of the why behind it. For example, no-one's going to want to help you translate something because you want to win an argument about a strength debate -- there's no "winning" to be had, because someone's just going to disagree with the premise of question and/or the credentials of the translator, anyway... so spare everyone the time! If instead you have something that you're genuinely curious about, perhaps something you don't think anyone's seen before, something from an under-represented book or magazine, a production tidbit... really anything that can give actual insight into something, by all means share that! What is the image? Where did it come from? Why are you interested in it? What led you to it in the first place? Is there a specific part of the image you're interested in? This is all helpful context that an actual translator can use to determine what exactly they're looking at, the why and where and when of it, and give a better idea of what you're looking at. For example, maybe the "scan" is cut off, removing important context/info/continuation; maybe it's not from the book you think it's from; maybe it's from another "time" entirely; maybe it's not even real! An AI service does not have the larger base of knowledge or authority to understand or know any of this whatsoever.

That said, there's no guarantee someone's going to actually help! Genuine translation isn't a two-second on/off switch.
