This is for anyone who likes the Faulconer music from Funi's dub. Scott Morgan is a composer who used to work for Faulconer on the DBZ music and according to his videos he was very heavily involved in the production of the music and performed in most of them. At some point or other he and Bruce didn't see eye to eye on things and Morgan left Faulconer's studio. Now Morgan has made his own album that is a lot like the Funimation music and I think it got released earlier today. I've only just recently found out about this guy through youtube, but he is really good and this kind of makes you think who the real mastermind is behind the Funimation dub's music.

Here's a video that contains samples from all the tracks on the album

I didn't watch the english dub that much but for some reason, the narrator in the video sounds a like to one of the narrators of DBZ FUNimation.

You tha MAN Jesse! http://www.tricofilms.com
btw Jesse was actually the first person I talked to online after coming out of my shell. I wrote "The Fallen Prince" as a request from him and his 2 brothers (triplets) on the Funimation forums. I've been in constant contact with them through this whole thing and even scored 2 of their movies ^^

And yeah man, I'm so excited the Mike has all of a sudden appeared online (I'm not going to link...but he's there now) He did say he's going to dust the cobwebs out of his studio soooo, yeah Z Music 2 !!! or maybe "Z Music THE REAL THING" XD. That man had more to do with the DBZ score than I did.

Yup, again like in Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans we were going for the Funimation sound. IMO Trixen is the next Sabat!!! He did ALL the voices in the Z Music announcement vid.

Btw, Trixen was Goku, Raichi, Dr. Briefs, the Narrator and some of the monsters in xthayetx's first part to Plan To Eradicate the Saiyans fandub. He definitely blew my mind with his work on that movie.

I thought I'd share this. Since this is my first time ordering from CDBaby, I wasn't expecting it.

I just got an e-mail from CDBaby today, telling me that they've shipped my Z-Music CD. They included this little note in the e-mail:
Your CD has been gently taken from our CD Baby shelves with
sterilized contamination-free gloves and placed onto a satin pillow.

A team of 50 employees inspected your CD and polished it to make sure
it was in the best possible condition before mailing.

Our packing specialist from Japan lit a candle and a hush fell over
the crowd as he put your CD into the finest gold-lined box that money
can buy.

We all had a wonderful celebration afterwards and the whole party
marched down the street to the post office where the entire town of
Portland waved "Bon Voyage!" to your package, on its way to you, in
our private CD Baby jet on this day, Monday, August 25th.

I hope you had a wonderful time shopping at CD Baby. We sure did. Your picture is on our wall as "Customer of the Year." We're all
exhausted but can't wait for you to come back to CDBABY.COM!!
I love it.

My CD arrived on Saturday. And I must say, it was well worth the wait. The songs, I mean. As far as the CD itself goes, I'm a bit dissapointed that it came in a slim case and on a burnt CDR. The nice looking booklet makes up for it, though.

Well he said he'd dust off the cobwebs :) Well see what happens after that. There's a lot of ifs after that.

1. Write something
2. Finish it
3. Put it online
4. Is it even DBZ?

Mike and I both don't exclusively do that sound, take my album Shrubbery of Darkness...which is basically a metal album. I tone my metal down for the "Z sound". Mike might be the other way around.

Do you know where I might be able to find any of it?

Well, that's assuming he's made it all the way to step 3 listed above. I don't even know if he's actually done anything yet. I'm pretty sure #3 hasn't happened yet. If he actually puts up music I'm sure I'll be one of the first to know, and I'll help him promote. I have no idea where he'll post it, there's TONS of music hosting sites.

That song that plays upon visit of your official website sounds kind of like NIN which I love...

What are your most industrial tracks?

Cool thanks man :)

but my mainsite actually picks a random track from the list of 30 something ones up there so I'm not sure which one you heard.

I'd say Giant Frickin' Layzer and SH00Z3 are the most industrial. I'm guessing it was one of those two ^^.

Batman Begins didn't captivate you, yet NIN did?! You confuse me JAPPO! :)

Just to clarify my statement above incase it gets interpreted the wrong way; Yes, NIN is guu'd.
