Someone would have already if it had been included with the release. For whatever reason, it wasn't.

Probably a few trailers....and that's it.
The series doesn't start with the arrival of Raditz. Stop being lazy and watch Dragonball.

Yeah, FUNi usually never includes anything but trailers when it comes to Dragon Ball. Hell, the most you can expect in extras for most of their other DVDs are usually either commentary, trailers or artwork.

They're already selling this at my local Best Buy. I'll be waiting to buy it with Season 7 on Tuesday in their inevitable package deal.

Can somebody who has the singles post a few comparison screencaps to the Double Features? I would, but I only have Movies 5 & 6 on VHS :(

If you just mean for the couple of screenshots from the last page, I could do that.

I just realized something odd.

Any time the season sets come out, there's generally a ton of clips posted up over on YouTube. Yet when the double feature sets come out, there are barely ever any clips.

What's up with that, slackers? *hint hint*

I thought the commentary for movie 1 was pretty enjoyable though. I'd like to hear the folks at Funimation try another, maybe on a future double/triple feature.

Speaking of special audio tracks, there's something I'm not sure we ever got an answer on. Does Remastered Movie 5 still have the Spanish track from the older release?

And I'll second that bid for some sample clips. I'm really digging the visual quality from the screencaps, and I'd like to see them in motion too. Preferably from the dub w/ Japanese BGM track. And hold the onions.

SSj Kaboom, I just went nosin' through all four pages of this thread t'see if your question had been answered anywhere in 'em. Instead, I saw you ask the same question three times. You poor thing.

Does anybody know the answer to this one?

For completion's sake, I'll toss up my guess (from earlier in the thread):
Li'l Lemmy wrote:4. 50/50. FUNimation omitted the UUSE's inclusion of Spanish audio for the Season Sets (to the chagrin of many), yet they retained the commentary from the Dead Zone release in the corresponding Double Feature release as an "extra". So while I'm leaning toward "no", at the same time I do see precedent for a "yes".
And the answer is . . . ?

Well, here's the FUNi 4:3 comparison snapshots for Movie Five, Cooler's Revenge.

[ 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 ]

Movie Six's screencaps will be posted when I get an answer about that Spanish track, and not a moment sooner! :P

Bumpin' this thread so that the included request gets a li'l love.

Kaboom, the AnimeonDVD review for this Double Feature mentions the Japanese mono track and the two English options, but makes no mention of any Spanish track as a fourth track, an DVD extra or anything else. They're usually pretty spot-on when it comes to what's what's in a set, so unless someone comes running in here to say that they've found a Spanish track on the second disc, I think it's safe to assume that you'll be holding onto your single for Movie 6.

I'm poked around in a few more places to be certain. Amazon, for example, doesn't list the a Spanish track for the Double Feature, but does in fact list one where appropriate for the Ultimate Uncut Special Edition discs-- I count that as a reliable "second opinion", if you will. I'm checking AAA Anime too, but . . .

I'm thinking no. :(

Not really, no. I'm just curious whether it's there or not. I don't speak Spanish, so I have no real reason to actually want one. I'll still have no problem selling my old Slug and Cooler box set once I (or even in order to) get these.

I've sat and watched many an episode of the raw Mexican dub via the movie 6 and UUE releases... :/

Cool. But again, I'm just not really interested beyond the odd curiosity of whether it's there or not. I can certainly live without it.
