I'm interested in the supposedly dubbed version of the opening and ending themes. Can someone ask the guy with the DVD to make a recording or something? I wonder if it's anything like the English version of Masafushigi Adventure, where it's arguably better than the original?

Mind you, it's pretty hard to get any better than the original music, but it's worth figuring out nonetheless.

How is $50 cheaper than the Z Season Sets?

I've been barking up that tree since he first said he got the set, but no luck.

When you're in Australia and they cost $60.

Madman is the de facto distributor of anime over here, I just thought it was interesting to note that they were doing something different on their own.

From my post just now on the FUNi Forums:

OK I just got my Box Set...The OP and ED's ARE DUBBED!!! Here's some info:

-Dan Dan is sung by Vic Mignogna. I'm not sure who's singing either ED though.

-Dan Dan's Translation is pretty dead on.

-Both ED's Translations are a but touch and go. I mean the translation isn't as faithful as Dan Dan's. But it still gets the general point of the song across. I really can't complain. I like them.

-Both the Dub w/JP Music Track and Dub w/ENG Music Track play the ENGLISH OP's and ED's.

I am going to be incredibly pissed if they fucked up Z and now they treat everything after wards the way it should have been to start with. It may sound a little weird, but I've said it before and I'll say it again, I either want everything fucked up or everything right. I don't want whatever they decide looks "cool" at the time. It's a little OCD, but I just want the entire series with a consistent aspect ration, be it the right one or not.

I think it sounds great.

Oh, I do have one problem with the ENG Version of Dan Dan. They say "Hold My Hand" twice instead of ending the song with "Hold Your Hand"

I'll get on that in a minute...Just know, the DVD Player on my computer is out. So I'll have to hold the mic to my TV Speakers...In other words the quality is gonna suck.

If it's not Chandler as the Narrator is it Kyle Hebert just like in Z

I don't think anyone here really cares how crappy it sounds, we just wanna hear it. Not like we are gonna put it on a CD or anything, we are just curious.

Eh, I don't think it's a big deal.

Sorry typo. I mean the Narrator is NOW Andrew Chandler. Instead of Hebert.

Hot diggity, good news all around! No offense to the Max guy, but I'm a little more trusting of Gozar for some reason.

It's like a dream come true. Can't wait to hear it, mic-up-to-the-speakers quality or not.

So wait... no more "Step Into The Grand Tour?" F'realz?! That alone is spectacular news.

GT's narrator was always Andrew Chandler I believe, but his Narrator sounds a lot like Hebert's

I have a question about the musical arrangement for the OP/ED's are they the original arrangements or are they new ones like with Dragon Ball's OP/ED

It is a bit annoying, though, if the one thing that they messed up in their translation was an english part of the song. =p

*Double Checks*...Woopsie...Guess I never payed attention. I always thought it was Hebert.

The Music for the OP's and ED's are newly arranged.

Uh, I'd assume we still do on the Japanese track.
