A big rule of Daizex is not to necro post. Especially on a thread that ended almost 8 years ago. Though before this gets locked I just want to get my two cents in. I think that the Ginyu's are either simply Ki mutants (born with high PL's) or random soldiers in Freeza's army that scientists of Freeza's empire modified. I would say that they might be biologically created like Cell or the Saibaimen but since its said that Jheese comes from the same place as Sauzer I think that gives reason to believe there's are whole race of Space Aussies. And I'm sure that goes for the rest of them.
