Oh here we go. DC characters are the most overpowered ever, so much so that they had to be extremely toned down to fight Mortal Kombat characters. Now yes, Dragon Ball characters are far beyond most MK characters, but anyway...
Batman can destroy anyone with enough prep time. Mr Satan would be nothing to him.
Goku would beat Superman by a wide margin? Goku in the Buu saga had trouble listing 40 tons in his base form. Superman juggles planets. And can breath in space. And has a super computer for a brain. And unless ki counts as magic, would be quite hard to inflict damage upon.
And if we're talking Silver Age Superman, don't even get me started. That guy literally can destroy solar systems with a sneeze. I'm not even kidding.
For the record, I'm not even a Superman fan. But damn he is overpowered.

TOO overpowered if you ask me. I'm glad modern Superman got toned down somewhat. Makes him a better character (
and a much better match for Goku, if you'd like). The older ones, I'd count him as nothing more than a gag character.
Dragon Ball ended in 1997.

From what I've seen, modern Superman is gradually getting more and more powerful again.
