Goku vs. Vegeta question (Saiyan Saga)

Refresh my memory, which is correct?

Kaio-Ken x4>Kaio-Ken x3+Kamehameha=Galick Gun>Kaio-Ken x3
Or is it:
Kaio-Ken x3+Kamehameha=Galick Gun>Kaio-Ken x4>Kaio-Ken x3

While this is just my faulty logic, I'd think Kaio-Ken x3+Kamehameha would be stronger than Kaio-Ken x4. It is the Kamehameha, after all.

It wouldn't be that much more powerful, so I'm pretty sure we can say that Kaio-Ken x5>Kaio-Ken x3+Kamehameha. Maybe. Might have to go to x6 or more?

Was there anything actually noted, though? Like Goku saying "That Kamehameha wasn't enough, I'll need the KKx4" or something. I'm missing that volume, so I have no way of knowing at the moment.

They were essentially at a stand-still. Goku was so strained, it was probably likely that unless he did something quick, he'd lose it and be over-powered. Kicking the Kaio-Ken up to 4X allowed him to put even more power behind it and knock Vegeta way out into La-La-Land.

Wait, when he knocked Vegeta into "La-La-Land" (Hehehe), he used Kaiou-Ken x4 to do it? I was wondering this when I looked over at the TV when my brother was watching the GT dub (Bleh). I don't think he noted going KKx4 in the dub, or at least, in that flashback. Was it noted that he went KKx4 in the manga? So it would be KKx4+Kamehameha>>>KKx3+Kamehameha=Gallick Gun>KKx3?
I wish I knew where my volume was, so I could look in the manga myself, but I can't find it

It's noted to be Kaio-Ken 4X in the manga, Japanese dialogue, and original dub dialogue ^^.

Yeah, for some reason, Goku shouting "KAIOKEN....TIMES FOUR!" was left out of the GT dub. *shrugs*

Ah, Ok, thanks. I really need to find that volume to review that fight (It's for my power levels...*sigh*), but at least you cleared up all that Kaiou-Ken+Kamehameha stuff
