In movie 11 Brolly IS a clone. The priest had gotten Brolly's frozen blood and used it to clone him. =/Chuquita wrote:Really? I always thought the whole phrase "bio-warrior" meant Movie 11 Brolli was more like a clone of the original.Sun_Wukong wrote:Nah, I'm pretty sure the Brolly in Movie 11 was an Android type thing. Like he was made from Brolly's remains when he fought Gohan on Earth or something.

Other than the first Broly movie, which of the other Broly movies can fit in to the funi dubbed storyline? And what movie is movie 11? I saw the first Broly movie and it didn't have Goten and Videl in it which was a surprise, since I was expecting them to be in it, and I didn't exactly like the fighting, it dragged on and on, plus he wouldn't shut up. Anyway, do the other Broly movies fit into the timeline? Also, I feel like a complete imbucile for asking (mainly because my cousin thinks I'm a DBZ Guru) but I saw these movies for download, one was called "The World of Dragonball Z" and "DBZ The Lost Movie". I have NEVER heard of them. But are they real since they're up for download?? I'm asking since I've never heard of them.

The World of DragonBall Z is a special, (approximately) half-hour recap that FUNimation produced. It's an extra on the Trunks DVDs (and probably some others). It gets you all caught up through the first three seasons of DBZ. It's with all dubbed audio and Chris Sabat narration. The only thing that's really neat about it and worth watching for is that it contains a couple voice samples from the ORIGINAL first-run of the first episodes of DBZ. Saban forced FUNimation to re-record a few lines, and the only time they were heard in their original form was the VERY first time the episodes aired in syndication.
(Lines like Kame-Sen'nin's "I smell death in the air...")
The Lost Movie is almost always just the PlayDia game footage.

Actually, Toei did make it up (thus, the "filler"). The Tsufuru-jin appear absolutely nowhere in the manga, ever.
Them coming back to bite the Saiya-jin the arse isn't anything new, though. The PlayDia game (and thus the NES game) did it long before GT did it.

Let me guess what you're refurring to, "Plan to Destroy the Saiyans", am I right? I just got done seeing it and I'm pretty surprised, the voices are close, but meh, kind of far off too. So, was all of that fotage a part of the game? And, would it be able to fit into the timeline? ... The japanese one I mean, since the Turles movie could've never happened.

Heheh, guess I wasn't too clear, as usual. I was talking about FUNI's dub voices, heheh, sorry for the misunderstanding!Deus ex Machina wrote:Yeah, all the footage from that "movie" was actual in-game FMV's. I don't know what you mean about the voices being "Kinda close" though, because they were the real voice actors, it can't get much closer than that.
