A lot of people "Give a fuck". You're going to be spending what, $50? That's a full price Playstation 3 (or xbawkz) game. For a full price game, there are certain expectations that must be met.
You seem content with not only terrible graphics, but gameplay that looks identical to it's predacessors. That's pretty low expectations right there.

But here's a twist. I like these graphics. I'm not excusing Spike, they've done an abysmal job with the graphical side of this game, but there's something about it, it almost mirrors Burst Limit to the point of being good. While Burst Limit looked absolutely spectacular, shaming the source material, this game seems to emulate it to the point of actually looking like an 80's cartoon. It also looks like it was drawn in Illustrator, and for some reason, I dig it.

I understand that, yes. Being a graphic designer, I do love a pretty game. However, it's not the most important thing. Getting the game to play right should always, ALWAYS, be the most important thing, for any game, on any system. Once you got that, then add in the eye candy.

Like I said, Final Fantasy XII was a BEAUTIFUL game. I mean, it put nearly everything else on the PS2 to shame graphically. But it was such a chore to play, and it became the first game I ever took back to the store. Pretty does not always equal good, and the reverse applies as well. I've played many a graphically unpolished game that ended up being pretty damn fun. (One of those being DB Infinite World)

That filler involved Yamcha, Tenshinhan, and Chaouzu fighting the Ginyu Force on Kaio's planet.

I bet with Broly in the opening it is gonna be another "Broly vs Gogeta" fight that fanboys are going to gush over. God, just get Broly the hell out of the games! How many has he been in? Here's what I can remember:

DBZ Taiketsu
Super Butoden
Budokai 3
Sparking!
Sparking! NEO
Sparking! METEOR
Infinite World
Sagas
Burst Limit
Buu's Fury

And why does that image of SSJ Goku on Namek look like it's from Burst Limit?

Actually, no. Leave him in the games.

Kicking his ass as Videl is a great stress reliever.

Yeah, kicking his ass (or anyone's ass, for that matter) is a great stress reliever.

It looks like clear conditions are back. This is looking more and more like a remake of Tenkaichi by the moment.

yeah except both those games were awesome. I loved XII and Mirrors edge was fun(a rental but still fun)

I wish they kept the Burst Limit look.

That's what's on everyone's mind. But I don't know why we continue to spout the same rubbish, time and again. Raging Blast and Burst Limit are two completely different games, made by two completely different developers. They won't look the same. End of story....

Sure, but there is no reason for them to downgrade or hell not go the step beyond. The look is fine, its not what I was expecting and could be better but I will live.

I really want a demo soon so I can see how this plays, I hope its just not a "prettier METEOR". I hope the controls were improved and the levels become bigger. I mean if you are going to stick with the Sparking style(which is not my preference but I don't care either way) I hope they make it next gen worthy.

For example, I'm hoping when that guy said "destructible environments for the first time" he meant "If you shoot a Kameha towards the ground there is a permanent hole, or if you knock an opponent to the ground from high in the air...his body leaves a huge indent in the ground(or mountain for that matter)." You know next gen Dragonball. That's just wishful thinking though.

It's not wishful thinking. Most of this has already been confirmed, in fact.

I'm just hoping this will be the definitive DBZ game (lol right), because it's clear as technology has developed they've tried to capture the essence of the show perfectly. This one seems to have it pretty well.
I'm not ready for this.

Know what? Since Infinite World I don't give a fuck about these new dragon ball fighting games...... they are always the same!!
I played Burst Limit at my friends house, because I don't have play station 3..... I don't know, it was like Budokai series with better graphics again? What is Raging Blast, from screens and videos looks like sequel to Burst Limit. It seems to me simmilar like Budkai tenkaichi series..... same graphic, but about 5 more characters or something like that. I'm pretty bored with this and looks like the only reason why I should spent my money on PS3 (some good modern game based on some new great ideas, which won't be released outside PS3), don't exist. hank god for Revenge of King Piccolo, I'm looking forward to that like dog to full bowl of chicken!

sure larger levels, but I have heard nothing about situations like I mentioned above, you know hitting the ground and leaving an Imprint.
Also I really hope there is only one of each character and not like 3 adult Gokus, 3 Vegetas(4 including Majin), 2 Piccolos...etc. You only need one of each character with the ability to adjust their moves. The only reason they did it was to say HEY LOOK MORE CHARACTERS!!!

Edit:
I didn't see this posted anywhere so here
http://a-draw.com/contents/uploader2/src/up7868.jpg

I will admit the graphics are starting to grow on me...

You mean like in Budokai, where Kaioken Goku and SSJ4 Goku both do the exact same motions?
