I thought Kuririn says something about Vegta being pretty messed up so he better give him to beans. Thats after both his arms are broken by the androids.

Just an inserted dub-line, Kuririn only gave him one Senzu, because he only had enough to give everybody 1.

. They're always festively appropriate and selectively cropped... He walks a very fine line, but never crosses it. Should that line ever be crossed, there will be... "things" to be dealt with. But I have a level of trust, there, and know it shan't be crossed.

Back on-topic...did the Senzu plant die somewhere during/before the Boo saga? I remember Karin-sama saying that there wasn't any left, after he gave the last 3 to Goku.

Perhaps it died around the same time as the one in Trunks' timeline, and Karin was giving all the ones he had left over from the Senzu plant.
Damn Yajirobe, wasting all those Senzu in Dragonball...

Couldn't it be that they needed to restock like in the saiyan saga where Goku had to wait for something like a month for them?

Ya, I seem to remember it being mentioned that they only come about every so often. The only reason Karin had so many in DB is they weren't used nearly as much so he was able to save up. Then Yajirobe comes along and... ya... eats the stocks. XD

That was one of the most amusing moments in DB. He had himself a bean buffet!!! Yajirobe's always good for a bit of comic relief, and remember the comic relief in anime NEVER dies! (Or at least not unless everyone else does)

My thoughts exactly. It was pointed out by Pilaf that the Black Star Dragon Balls had a lot more power than the regular ones, and it seems were created when Kami and Piccolo were one. It has been said that the true form of Kami could have easily beaten Freeza which means he matched SSj1's power. And lets not forget all of Piccolo's training and the fact he fused with Nail. This might have made the Dragon more powerful, allowing it to affect Goku in his base form.

Anyway the theory that SSj4 gets to powerful for the wish to "work" sounds like the best theory in my eyes.

I like the "There are no child-sized Oozaru, so there are no child-sized SS4" theory myself. I mean, SS4 pretty much IS Oozaru.

Actually, do you know what theory I like best? The "People got tired of seeing little Goku and wanted big Goku again, so they made SS4 transform him into an adult" Theory. I mean, how cool can a 4-foot SS4 look?

But how do we know for certain that there's no child sized Oozaru form? Relatively speaking of course. There aren't many comparison points , we never quite had Oozaru Gohan and Vegeta duke it out or something so we could nicely see who's taller. >.>;;

Actually, chopping off Vegeta's tail wasn't the only time Yajirobe saved everyone. If he hadn't eaten all those senzu, Goku would've had one after the battle against Vegeta. He would've gone to Namek with Bulma, Gohan, and Kuririn, and he would've been killed by the Ginyu Force and/or Freeza.
