Notify me of any errors, please!

I plan to add the actual episode numbers, as well as the English manga chapters that the noted events take place on. Those events with asterisks denote numbers for the manga chapters/episodes that I'm not sure on, and could use clarification for.

There's also the matter of movie wishes made.
A wish was made with the Earthen balls in...
Movie 1 (Garlic Jr. Immortality)
Movie 2 (Dr. Kochin/Willow. Remove ice barrier around laboratory)
Movie 10 (Was a wish actually made? The DBs glowed and turned to stone, didn't they? And there should have been two wishes by then, if that's the case!)
Movie 12 (Son Gohan? Videl? Stop the flow of the dead/reveal source?)
Movie 13 (Son Gohan? Open box Tapion is trapped within)

Shouldn't you talk about the Evil Black Star Dragons, too? They don't grant wishes, but they're relevant. Anyway, it's a good reference.
Because Kaio-Ken just doesn't cut it anymore.

I suppose I could add an extra section on them, but I'd need to find some information worthy of noting, beyond "omg son goku beet him this way~".

I could also note whether or not you find the DBs in the games, and what purpose they serve. :P

You can only have two wishes. However, you may use one wish and wait only six months to make another. (Where stated...?)*

4 months, stated after Yamcha wishes back all of Majin Vegeta's victims.

You cannot revive anyone who has been dead for more than a year. (Stated by God in DB 321)

Actually, I only remember this in refrence to the wish made to 'restore everyone killed by Freeza'. So it may only hold true for wishes of that magnatude.

Makes you wonder though why the henchmen that were killed by Freeza personally didn't come back either. >.>

I used to wonder about that, and figured it to be a plot-hole. But in the manga, he didn't off any of his henchmen.

The wish on the Namek Dragonballs to transport everyone but Goku & Frieza off Planet Namek should be the third wish of what was written before (not a seperate wish). You also forgot some other wishes on the Namek Dragonballs (the six wishes done while on the Earth & I think they used them to revive Earth after it exploded from the Black Star Dragonballs).

you missed at least two sets of wishes for Porunga that occur at the end of the Freeza arc. [BOLDED parts added by Julian who was too lazy to start another post]

When?: After the news of Goku's "death"
1. Bring Krillin's body to the Earth
2. Revive Krillin (Porunga also reconstructs his body, as a freebie)
3. Revive Yamcha (also transported bodily to Earth in the anime, though Porunga doesn't mention it as an "extra" -- filler plothole)

When?: A few months after Krillin and Yamcha were revived
1. Revive Chaotzu (also transported to Earth, in anime -- see above)
2. Revive Tenshinhan (also transported to Earth, in anime -- see above)
3. Relocate the Namekians to New Namek
