Which story arcs does Revenge of King Piccolo cover?

Which story arcs does Revenge of King Piccolo cover?

Hey, it sounds like a stupid question but in the opening of the game there is all the red ribbon army stuff*. So yeah, can somebody help me out?
Also, I'm thinking of getting myself a Wii so is this game worth buying?

*EDIT: Yes, there is obviously King Piccolo too.

The game begins right at the very beginning of the Red Ribbon Army arc, and ends with the defeat of Piccolo-Daimao.

Um, I'm pretty sure Piccolo Daimao is in the opening..
