Exactly ^_^ I've got maybe ten different Dragonball shirts and wear them all the time. If you really like something you should take pride in it!
I agree with you but when you like a children's TV show, it's kinda hard.

I'm still waiting around hoping the uniqlo shirts become available.

That's my style of DB shirt. :3

EDIT:
This one made me laugh. Of all the images they could use to show how dangerous Vegeta is, they pick this one for a shirt. XD

For more subtle shirts, I've always liked the Capsule Corp ones or the ones with just the kanji symbols for various DB things on them.

Not really. I'm wearing a Team Rocket shirt right now and had one of my Dragonball ones under my work shirt this morning. Not once have I ever been pulled over by someone on the street for the sake of berating me about what was on my t-shirt. And if it's your friends insulting you, clearly you need better friends.

The Uniqlo UK website have the Dragonball shirts in now. I ordered two from them last week. :D

Well, yeah I sorta am.

But I can always wear it at home. :P

And if dragon ball is for kids, then why are there so many censorings?
Oh, you think the Grand Tour is your ally, you merely stepped into the Grand Tour. I was born in it, moulded by it. I didn’t see the Super until I was already a man; by then, it was nothing to me but blinding!

Yeah man, it's not like it was published in a magazine titled young boy jump or anything.

Hmm, "young boy jump"? Is that anything like "girls jumping on trampolines"? Is that what the name is inferring? No? Oh, Japanese culture traditionally doesn't see anything wrong or sexual about little boys being naked? So therefore that kind of content was not considered lewd in a childrens' comic? I see. Okay. Thanks for clarifying that.

My point is it was never meant to be an "ADULTZORS COMIX". You're delluding yourself if you think it was written to cater to adults.

Edit: Oh I see cuz there's naked people and blood it's an adult comic. Being a mature comic has nothing to do with mature writing, well thought out witty plot elements or intriguing 3 dimensional characters. Ever consider being a Rob Liefeld fan?

Um... I was agreeing with you, albeit in a very silly-sounding way.

Oooooh, I thought you were implying that since it has those elements it should be considered "mature" or "adult" in the West even though it wasn't in Japan. I've heard this argument countless times. My sincerest apologies

It's cool. Sorry I wasn't being clear. For some reason, reading the term "Young Boys Jump" translated out just activated my silly side. Well, specifically, it made me see it as a sentence (subject: Young Boys, verb: Jump) rather than as a title, and the resulting mental image humored me. Oh, and I was also pointing out the silliness that such things are taking so seriously over here (and apparently, if Kai is an example, over there now).

Dragon Ball is indeed a kids show, don't believe me? Go watch the ending "Zenkai Power".

The fact that it was made for and published in "Shonen Jump" (Or, "Young Boys Jump", for Gaffer Tape :P ) proves that it was made for kids.

Anywhoo, I just got these two shirts recently:

... pretty sure those shirts are actually cospa.com exclusives... which makes 'em even more impossible to get in the states.

Also, for y'all in the US that wanna get your hands on some UniQlo dragonball shirts, kidsamurai.com's got some for some alright prices. Definitely better than paying ridiculous amounts for importing most shirts. And if you're aiming for a more subtle kind of DB shirt, might I point you in the direction of this. Seriously, the only reason you'd even notice Goku flying on kintoun in the background is if you were looking for him!

In general, I feel like DB has reached a time in its existence (yes, even in the states) in which even the most obvious of DB-apparel nowadays can be pulled off as being "retro." At least, that's gonna be my excuse. Normally, I wouldn't even think about picking up any US DB shirts from around the 2000s, but those Cell Games shirts look too awesome to pass up!

Wow! Thanks, I was just going to ask if anybody knew where to get these besides UniQlo. I definitly want to order some shirts but sadly I'm at work and I don't have a tape measure or anything to measure myself. I doubt I have one at home too. Also, it says that Japanese shirts fit smaller than North American sizes and all they have is XL. Great, I'm already a 2XL in the US. Does anybody think that'll be okay if I get it? I want to wear my Dragonball shirts with pride!
