Monica Rial is a fantastic replacement for Tiffany Vollmer. I never cared much for Vollmer's Bulma, I didn't actively dislike it, but... it was just there. Rial's voice is in a somewhat similar vein to Vollmer's, so it isn't a jarring change if you were to say... watch the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai in Dragon Ball before starting into Dragon Ball Z Kai, but it's just much much better.
Colleen Clinkenbeard as Gohan... Why couldn't we have had her as Gohan in the "Ultimate Uncut" episodes a few years back? As much as I love Stephanie Nadolny's work around the time of the Cell Game, she never sounded like a passable four year old. Or even a "four and a half" year old as the DBZ dub claims. Clinkenbeard just nails it and really does sound like a really young kid.
As for other voice recasts, Brina Palencia is fantastic as Puar and Chaozu and is essentially indistinguishable from their old voice, not particularly surprising though anyway as she's been playing them the last few years in the video games anyway.
Chris Cason as Mr. Popo is... well, good? If I recall correctly, he was originally Popo back in '99 or something but somehow the role changed to Sabat at some point. I'll be the first person to admit that Sabat had way too many roles in Dragon Ball Z, but... I think I liked his Popo better. Of course, Cason's Popo is in the same vein as Sabat's anyway, so it's not a massive shift. (And honestly, Popo really isn't an important character by any stretch of the imagination.) Oh, and Cason is Master Roshi's Turtle too now. Not much to say there.
Bryan Massey as Oolong is... honestly, Oolong? Nobody really cares about him by this part of the series. Some people seem to feel that he's a poor attempt at an imitation of Brad Jackson's Oolong (or in some cases, a decent imitation), but... I don't hear it. He sounds nothing like Brad Jackson at all. Although he isn't bad by any means and... well, it's Oolong, no-one cares anyway.
Anyway, special mention has to go to Korin. Chris Sabat played him in Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z and he still plays him in Dragon Ball Z Kai. Except he sounds like he finally coughed up the dozen furballs stuck in his throat, making him sound completely different than before.
