It's always been either way as far as I know. I'm pretty sure it's for fan works in general at this point. The first post says otherwise, but it seems to have evolved into a general fan creations thread.

I also took a que from FUNimation's playbook and decided to do a little spine artwork. Here's what it will look like through volume 13.

I also have labels for the actual discs too. They are of the same character on the respective spine, with the dragon in the BG and the logo on the foreground.

That labeling kit prints off each cover with the right proportions, so there's no guesswork this time. I'll take a picture and edit them into this post later, but it all really works. I can't wait to give this to the little guys. They were really impressed by the simple video game clip art versions the first time.

FUNimation should honestly hire you for cover designs, it looks professional. I'm well aware the art comes from the Dragon Box singles; but, still.

I wanted to use Innagadadavida's suggestion of say a washed out dragon; but, none of the images of Shen Long felt right to use.

Um.. I've been surfing around here for a while and noticed 1- people have suggestive Hentai pictures 2- in the avatar thread its almost nothing but that... Just saying it's a bit unfair. I mean Cell pushing Freeza against a wall is a bit less offensive then some avatars where you see them sweating with the 'O' face. Hentai and Yuri is ok but Yaoi isn't? A bit unfair :/
