Maybe they will have all the voice actors sing the second ending together, just like the idol group. lol

Well that's true. Still somewhat misleading.Big Momma wrote:Zephyr wrote:TheBlackPaladin wrote: That's unnecessary and misleading. Kai only had ONE score, and the Falconer score preceded it chronologically, so its more original in my eyes. Not that I actually care for the Falconer score much anymore though. If they're going to use the only version of the (Kai) score, and the NEWEST (Dragonball) one at that, then they should not be advertising it as the original or the Japanese score, when its not the first score and its international.
I think you're putting too much thought into it. They mean "original score" as in the score thats originally in Kai...the show that's on the set.

No. It isn't.Zephyr wrote:

You're watching an English dub of Dragon Ball Kai, with the original Japanese score.
You cannot make it any more simple.

Yeah. As much as I would prefer Kai with the Kikuchi score, it's not at all misleading to call the Kai score original to itself.
Do you follow the most comprehensive and entertaining Dragon Ball analysis series on YouTube? If you do, you're smart and awesome and fairly attractive. If not, see what all the fuss is about without even having to leave Kanzenshuu:

Then wishful thinking is simply blinding me.

Ok, FIRST off, where does the Faulconer score come into play at all? how could anyone be mislead into thinking the Faulconer score is being used if they made sure to qualify it as "Japanese"?Zephyr wrote:That's unnecessary and misleading. The Faucloner score never EVER tarnished any Japanese version, only the English version.
It's pretty damn obvious what they mean, read the REST of the comments on there: "True to the Manga"
"Completely Re-written, Filler-Free Scripts"
"In Full 4:3 Format"
"Spectacular New English Dub"
They're going out of their way to say "We didn't fuck up like we did with the Original Z dub, we left everything the way it was in the Japanese version, including the music."
It shouldn't be that hard to grasp.

Okay, I worded that comment wrong. I never said I was expecting the Falconer Score, that was just a side comment to what TheBlackPaladin wrote.DemonRin wrote:Ok, FIRST off, where does the Faulconer score come into play at all? how could anyone be mislead into thinking the Faulconer score is being used if they made sure to qualify it as "Japanese"?Zephyr wrote:That's unnecessary and misleading. I was expecting the original Japanese score, as in the actual original Japanese score, as opposed to the newer Kai score. I assumed that the comment on the box was making this specific differentiation.

As for this version of Dragon Soul? Yuck. Why couldn't they just have had Vic do the complete TV size version instead?
Hahahaha, think about Sabat doing it xD
Re: DragonBall Z Kai: Vol 2 DVD Set - Dissection / Discussion.
The point is that the actual original score you're talking about is from a completely different show. Dragon Ball Z is not Dragon Ball Kai.Zephyr wrote: Okay, I worded that comment wrong. I never said I was expecting the Falconer Score, that was just a side comment to what TheBlackPaladin wrote.

Looks great! I'm not sure if I like the idea of having a different singer every release, especially if they are not going to pick people with good singing voices. Also, if they are going to redo the opening every time, why not the ending as well? It could sure use it, not that it's bad, but it would make more sense to change both.
I'm getting my Blu-ray on Tuesday, can't wait!

I'll wait for box 3 mainly because I've already seen the episodes on tv, and will be purchasing the dboxs instead for now.

Well I went out early this morning, even before the store opened, to get my copy of Dragon Ball Z Kai - Part Two on Blu-ray. And guess what.. it hadn't shipped yet! Oh my god I was so angry, not only were they not in at one store, but all three electronic stores!
They had part one in stock last release date. Does anyone know if this is happening anywhere else, or just in my city?
PS. I bought Dragon Box two and three instead

Yeah that happens. I was going to Best Buy to get the iPod 4th Generation for my mom's birthday, and the release was on the same day. So I asked them if I could reserve it. Of course not. Then I asked if I go to their website and reserve it, like they give the option (in-store pickup), would I be able to get it on Thursday and the response was, "Well it comes out on Thursday but that didn't mean that they'd get it that day and they weren't sure when they were going to get shipments of it. Makes total sense to me
