I don't understand, in the demo, if you got knocked away, and it has Y,A, B, and X and it says, "Recovery".

Does it mean, press all four buttons at the same time? Or repetitively press all of those buttons?

Repeatedly press one of those buttons.
I'm trying to find a way to recover before hitting the ground like I've seen in Gameplay videos, it isn't working fast enough no matter how fast I press the buttons.

I liked spinning the analog stick more. For some reason I cannot recover in air as well fast enough.

Well I think it was confirmed that 14 and 15 have an attack together. But I'm praying for the Family Kamehameha I also hope that they get a little creative with the team attacks aswell like something with Future Gohan and Ultimate Gohan or Vegeta and Tarble, Raditz and Nappa, Goku and Vegeta, Goku and Bardock, and most of all Freeza and Cooler should have one both in their regular and mechanical bodies. It is confirmed though that Jeice and Butta have a team attack and I think Bojack and Zangya.


Also two things I noticed during the demo is that you can now have a draw in the trading blows/burst mode thing, also that combo where you knock them into the air they jump towards the opponent and they do that barrage might be automatic because When I was playing as Gohan I knocked Kid Buu into the air and just pressed x and he did the combo automatically. For those of you who are really good at the combos could you try to look into this some more? Because that could turn out to be a bad thing in the end.

Go to Full Power Bojack's little profile thing. He and Super Saiyan Gohan look like they are standing right beside eachother and Bojack is about to do a move...what is it?

EDIT:
For all the androids minus Mecha Freeza plus Metal Cooler; does anyone know if they will be able to power up in this game? It has always bothered me that they have unlimited energy yet you can't charge them.

If he teleports behind the opponent then it may just be my new favourite move, I actually love Spike's super attacks, not the ultimates as such but still...

That would be cool if that IS how it works. I think that IS a super since he has that double blaster move still.....although I've never really liked those 'super moves' that should kill you/be permanent but don't/aren't; ie: chocolate beam, this new move, any of the sacrifical explosion, etc.

Does anyone know Japanese? What's the move name?

They could remedy this by making the character get slightly more damaged and their clothes ripped by cut-scene supers and save the real battle-damage for the ultimates and struggles.

I would enjoy the ability to charge my ki to use supers and ultimates and raging soul. Androids have the disadvantage.

Not really. You could keep attacking with an android whereas with anyone else you'd have to pause and charge which leaves you wide open.

That would make the Jinzoningen EXTREMELY broken, they could jump into High Tension or Raging Soul almost immediately after it ends. They really just need to increase the rate that they auto-charge, since RB2 has attacks use more ki.

Depending on how the system works, I can already see how I'm going to try and customize my characters:
  • Increase Health - I like having epically long fights, though not to the point of "5 minutes on Namek".
  • Increase Defense - Everything does too much damage for my taste in this game. lol
  • Health Regeneration - I dunno, I just always add it.
  • Supers 1/2 Ki - I don't mind the Ultimates using a lot of ki, but I liked that I could fire any Super in RB as long as I had half my ki gauge filled.
These will just vary from character to character:
  • Halo - Cause some of the characters look cooler dead. =P
  • Start out battle damaged - REALLY hoping there is an item to make the characters start battle damaged, like Gohan in the black Saiyaman jumpsuit.
  • Perfect Clothes - Some of the characters look better without any damage, Majin Buu is one of them.
