Your most hated character

Who is the character you hate the most in Dragon Ball? One of the characters I hate the most is Mr. Satan. He just pops out of nowhere, everyone loves him just because he won a Tenka'ichi Budôkai which none of the Z-Warriors even entered and him and the Earthlings think he's the greatest thing since sliced bread, as if the Earthlings had all forgotten what Goku and the others had done at the previous Tenka'ichi Budôkais, as well as Piccolo. I understand it's for comic relief, but after the first couple of gags of "Oh, it's a trick!", it just gets dragged out and incredibly stale. I do like how he turned things around and partly helped in saving the planet in the Majin Boo arc though.

I also hate Broli. Not going to get into a long-winded post about why, since you can probably guess. I also strongly dislike Kid Boo. By this point in the Boo arc, I was already tired of Boo just regenerating from every damn thing in sight, and it just pissed me off even further to see this Boo abuse it as well (he got half his body blasted off by SSj2 Vegeta, even though he probably could've just tanked it). Plus, he has no personality. He's just a wild, annoying, animalistic moron with no goal or purpose like the previous villains in the series. I had the greatest amount of pleasure beating him repeatedly in Practice Mode on Shin Budokai after a vent of rage over being defeated by him yet again in Story Mode/Arcade.

Anyway, my primary answer now is the same as it was then: Broly. He's every bad stereotype about DragonBall's cast, all squished together and condensed into a single character. To make it even worse, he's been over-hyped and glorified by both his fanbase AND official parties to a disgusting level.

For the simple fact that one one EVER tells her to STFU. Even though everyone she knows can destroy the whole universe, all the males shake in fear when she yells. There is NOTHING to be afraid of when it comes to Chichi.

The only good she ever did was make Gohan and Goten.

Sitting and thinking about it, I actually really don’t have any characters I hate. Plenty of characters bore and irritate me, however; namely Cell, Future Trunks, Yajirobi and a few others.
I don’t even hate Broly, I just feel disappointed that he could have been made into a potentially interesting character, but instead the writers went with the roid-raging monster route.
His rabid fanbase on the other hand …

Outside of that I don't really "hate" any characters. There are characters that seem superfluous to me but none that I down right can't stand.

I could always sympathize with Chi Chi though, I know I'd be terrified to let my child do half the things he did. Hell, I probably wouldn't even let my 4 year old play alone in the forest. I'd at the very least tell him to bring a few friends or something.

Not to defend Uulong, but keep in mind, he barely knew Bulma at the time.. and she did kinda/sorta capture him and force him to join them so they could use his shape-shifting ability as they saw fit, as well as make him take a pill that makes him crap whenever she made a specific sound. Plus he was super-perv kidnapping girls in a village for his own ends, and Bulma was the most developed woman he ever saw at the time, wouldn't surprise me if he had tried to go all the way with her rather than just feeling her up.

Bulma is atleast like a semi-super genius when it comes to electronics...even though she was way slutty and we can blame half of the stuff on her because she was the first oen to look for the balls BUT if not for her Goku wouldn't have been anywhere near as strong.

I'm not the the type of person to get offended easily; Hell I laughed when Bulma pulled the diamond out and Kuririn sniffed it, but I have always found this scene really unsettling. I have read about far more disturbing acts in Stephen King novels, but I expect stuff like that when I pick one of his books up, so therefore it doesn't bother me that much. But in Dragon Ball however, I think this goes far beyond the "gag humour" that you normally expect to see when you read it (especially in those early volumes).

On topic, Yajirobe is probably my least favourite. He's rude, gross, and cowardly. All he really does after his introduction is act as the senzu delivery boy. He can also be quite pretentious at times, but at least he's not really around enough to be a consistent annoyance.

I used to hate Mr. Satan, for the same reasons as the OP, but that was when I was a lot younger. Now a days, I find him hilarious, even if he is an undeserving glory hog.

And for obvious reasons, I really can't stand Broly. Is there anyone on this board who doesn't hate him?

I don't think there are any canon characters I actively dislike. Chi-Chi can get annoying at times, even Bulma, who I usually like. I couldn't care less about some of them, like Chaozu or Yajirobe.

The only DBZ character I actively dislike... nay, hate... is Broly. What a waste.
