Just like how GameCube owners were irked when they didn't get a port of Budokai 3? Sometimes you just got to deal with it.

You really don't, the ports are worse than they were on PS2, and that's saying something given how bug filled, and ugly those games were.

Given the state of Dragon Ball games today though I doubt they'd do that, especially since there's probably complications over whatever ownership Atari has of the localization and dub for all four games.
No there isn't. Namco Bandai owns the translations. Heck, they published those games in Europe, didn't they?
"I like the money it brings in, but Dragon Ball Heroes is the worst. That's actually the real reason I decided to start working on new material. I was afraid Bandai would make something irredeemably stupid like Super Saiyan 4 Broly." - Akira Toriyama, made up interview, 2013.

They did, but that doesn't necessarily mean they owned the translation. There could have been some kind of deal between Namco Bandai and Atari, since with Budokai 2 and 3 they were forced to include an English voice track by Sony, who at the time was making all game releases in Europe have the primary voice track be English. Budokai 1 was released before this started happening, and its English translation is completely different from the American version, with such infamous moments as Vegeta saying "You Aunt Sallies!"
