This is interesting. In the second episode that aired today, Vegeta punching Goku was left in the intro.

Also, the episode title font looked a bit different than usual (at least to me it did).

I'm still facepalming everytime I see that they edited out Shenron from the opening. If they remove Krillin exploding before goku becomes Super Saiyan I will forever hate 4kids. Only 10 minutes to wait and see.

*And they did D:<

Did you honestly expect that to stay in, I sure didn't. Come on this is the FCC we're talking about here. I really wish they had used the summoning up the Dead Zone theme for Goku's SSJ transformation like they did in DBZ.

What did they use?

From the Korean dub...it's Super Saiyan with Kikuchi!

It's not the worse choice, but Nagasaki's choices have just been so lackluster.

Hmm, the "Kuririn" vanishes wasn't as blatant as I expected. After reading the description, I honestly expected there to be some overt line of Freeza's saying that he'd thrown Kuririn to the other side of the planet or something. But the editing was just atrocious. I guess someone was in a hurry to get to lunch and couldn't be bothered.

I also thought when Piccolo got hit by Freeza's beam, all of the unessesary grunts were really not called for. Hes supposed to be knocked out.

Piccolo's alive. He's just passed out. And the Krillin edit doesn't surprise me too much, it's completely identical to the French dub's cut.

Yes, Son Gokū was kept. And ugh, the song placement for said scene sucked.

Yes, I know he is alive but we are supossed to believe that he is dead, until Goku goes SSJ and confirms that he is not.

Dialogue was a definite improvement compared to the original Funi dub of the SSJ transformation, I only wish the music wasn't so atrocious. Man, I'm such a Faulconer fanboy..

Piccolo groaning over Gohan's speech about Goku being a Super Saiyan is unintentionally hilarious.

Piccolo's groaning reminds me of the Ocean dub. All we really needed was for Kuririn to be "sent to another dimension" to make it complete.

Actually, the way they the cut the scenes it looks like Krillin's blood and guts are flowing down. #lolcwedits
