Yi Xing Long's 10-Fold Kamehahameha?

So I'm watching DBGT and have finally reached the part where the lord of the evil dragons makes his appearance(which in itself was kind of ... strange; he just walks into the street that Goku and Si Xing Long were on ... Were all three last dragons just chilling in that city?) and Yi Xing Long blasts Goku outta the sky with a 10-Fold Kamehameha ... So like, what's the deal with that? Was that a throwback to Boo being able to use the Kamehameha or what? Because it was kinda random, if you ask me.

It was clearly an exercise in Yi Xing Long demonstrating his overwhelming superiority over Goku. He took his opponent's attack and made it worth a damn.

Yeah, I believe Yi Xing Long was able to copy other people's techniques just by seeing them.

It's not unprecedented since Majin Boo and Tenshinhan were also shown to have that ability.

It's just the same old "There's nothing to that technique; I can do it too" that we've seen in the series since the 22nd Tenkaichi Budokai. There's nothing that ties the 10x Kamehameha specifically to Goku. Yi Xing Long is so much more gifted and powerful, he can do it too.

Not just that he could do it as well but he also totally pwnd Goku with it far more than Goku tried to damage him. He also had complete control of the Kamehameha and even followed Goku with it.

Yeah, I mean, it's just the Kamehameha. Krillin kinda used one for the first time because he just felt like doing it, and Tenshinhan flat-out called it out as a simple attack. Controlling its movement is really nothing to write home about either, since Goku could do that prior to his training with God and Kaio, and those two guys were the ones who really instilled the fundamentals of ki control in everyone they taught.
