I happen to found this on the internet. I don't believe this at all . If this was true, Those episodes would've been leaked on the internet by now. I call this BS.

Yep, all that was listed in the video was pure, made-up bullshit.
GT only has 64 episodes, and Toriyama didn't "take the project away" from Toei. Toei themselves stopped it because of low ratings and declining popularity. There is no manga for GT. Toriyama got tired of drawing and left everything to Toei and gave them total control of the GT project. He was involved with character design, logo design, and supervision of the project. That's all. It wasn't his decision to decide when GT would end. That was up to Toei.
