But Chaiotzu did make a difference in the Saiyan Battle. Ya he didn't do any damage but if he hadn't delayed the action by committing suicide Nappa would have had time to kill Gohan. On topic though... Vegeta did beat Cui, Dodoria, Zarbon the 2nd time, Jeice, 19, and Pui Pui so it's hard for him to even be close to the "biggest" loser.
Characters that are bigger losers than Vegeta that I can think of right off the bat are Chaozu, Yamcha, and Kuririn.
