CAC is what's saving it, even if it's very limited.

I'm sold on it too.

Went in and preordered it. Clerk thought I was going to preorder Battlefield 3... He says that I won't have to worry about them running out of copies of UT on the 25th

When I pre-ordered my copy, I was lucky to be in the presence of a couple employees who were fans of DBZ. I like my FPS's, and I do enjoy Battlefield, but my reserve that day was for Ultimate Tenkaichi.

I laughed so hard when I read this:
and each one had crazy names like rush beat and overdrive blazedown or something like that.
:D

I can't wait to play this game. I'll still be holding on to my copy of Raging Blast 2 though.

I sold raging blast 2 a month after I got it, I was just so disappointed with it. The only thing that was even keeping me on to if for that long was the OVA anyways. Hopefully actually having a story mode will actually help the game for me.

Lucky, it seem like that people at my Gamestop thought I would pre-order Batman: AC or Battlefield 3. Not as bad when I pick up Raging Blast back in 2009 when it came out, I was in line and thought I was going to pick up Modern Warfare 2. They where like "Okay....People still like Dragon Ball Z?", at least I only had to paid $40 for Raging Blast since it was on sale for some odd reason. This is the first DBZ game that I pre-order since Sparking! Meteor (Budokai Tenkaichi 3) and first DBZ game that I bought since Raging Blast. I'm glad that I got Raging Blast 2 as a gift since I did not had to waste $60 on it.

Pretty good review...and it even seems that this reviewer sorta knows what he's talking about. Oh yea "Risk and Reward" is the perfect way to describe the gameplay of Spike's DBZ games especially when fighting from a large distance.
It's not too late. One day, it will be.

That's exactly what happened to me. It was a terrible, traumatic experience.

I should finish off the rest of the Galaxy Mode missions in RB2 so I can go ahead and trade it in.

I beat RB2 in like a week and it didn't have the replay value I was looking for.

Also note: Lol mods on locking one of my posts.

This review is more like, that the reviewer doesn't know something about the DBZ game franchise and making up some cool hearing words. One option increasing the own Ki (for Anti-Super), totally true and believable

DB Xenoverse is not a DBZ simulator with fighting elements, it's a semi competent fighting/action game with DBZ simulation elements.

It looks like they have been marketing for the past week. I saw adds for it on Rotten Tomatoes, IGN, Neoseeker, Gamefly and on top of the banner on AVPGalaxy in the past week. At least it's not like RB2 and IW where they started to market the game like a week or two after the game was released.

The character creation mode looks dumb in UT. Looks like they just get this base male/female nude model and put various hairstyles/clothing over top. Was expecting a lot more. I'm hoping the game overall will be good, but DBZ games in general are all the same.
