That makes it worse. Why no female characters?

Time is limited by the contract(s) with Shueisha. Additionally, money is a problem too.

Why are we freaking out about a game we played a year ago. Also, we played this game two years ago. Honestly guys? No females? We're really gonna argue about Spike being lazy? We've seen them be lazy since before RB1 was released, but since I wasn't on daizex before RB1 was released, I can't really say when this started. But still, guys, come on. Sure, you can be excited, right on. But my point it, did you really expect anything different from Spike? Sure, character creator is new, sure, cool. The combat system is even more retarded from the last two. As far as I can tell. You can't even dodge super attacks anymore. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that little slow motion thing when you are you're opponent are close to each other and someone has to push a button pretty much a rock-paper-scissors game? Someone tell me how this game is somehow different at all from the last few games. I don't just mean some feature, I mean how this whole game is different from the past two because honestly, I'm just not seeing it.

I mean, you're pretty open about looking at cartoon porn. Why would you do that? It's fiction. The proportions of these women are not possible to reach in reality.

I partially agree, ShadowDude. However, people can feel however they want... it makes no difference to me.

It is a bit strange how lazy they're being, considering how above and beyond they went in terms of content for Sparking! NEO and Sparking! METEOR.

We have a sequel that could be rumor to be out by next year (If Project Age 2012 is Ultimate Blast/Tenkaichi 2). I think a possible sequel will be a bigger game with a better character creation.

Wait, Ultimate Tenkaichi came out twice? You mean to tell me that I've been creating DB characters, fighting huge bosses, and been fighting with a spam-free system since '09?

BTW, Spike is far from lazy. Sure, some of this is their doing, but that doesn't mean their lazy. Most of the blame should go to BN.

If so, then there is absolutely no reason for me to buy this game.

So you won't be confused with the controls? So they can get enough of a profit to actually make a sequel?

"BBO". lol

Bargain Bin Only. I'll show my support for the game franchise, but only after it drops drastically in price. There are some things about the game that I like and wouldn't mind experiencing. Some of the boss battles have never been done before, like giant Mecha Coola, and I guess I'd like to see what the plot, if there is any, is for Hero Mode. But as I've said before, I'm sure as hell not paying full price for a game that removed practically everything I liked from Spike, and focused on a lot of stuff I don't really care about..

Renting is always a good idea, but IDK if thats supporting the companies. I always thought that was like buying it used. Of course, I could be wrong.

Theoretically you would still be supporting the company as long as you are within the first couple of people renting the game. The business still has to buy the game in order to rent it out, and assuming they pay $60 to purchase one copy and rent it out for $5 each time, it would take 12 people to pay it off. Though I assume there are discounts involved for buying directly from them at bulk, and I have no idea what places charge to rent games these days, but it is just an example anyway. I don't know if the companies get a percentage of the money the business makes after that, but then again, I also don't really care. lol

I don't see why I should support a company that's been putzing about for four years.

I was under the impression he was talking about Namco-Bandai anyway, he said company . Besides what difference does it make if it's Spike's fault or Namco-bandai's fault...either way he's dissatisfied and doesn't feel like supporting the games. So Spike is being forced to rush these games, he's supposed to buy them because he feels bad and it's not really their fault? That just leads to more rushed games instead of someone going; "We should fix this."

I personally am liking this game over the past two games, however I'm just pissed there is no demo. I'd like to try before I buy. Plus, I get the feeling they are trying to avoid any negative response before the game is released; which is basically saying this game sucks don't buy it. I'll just wait for VegettoEX's review I guess(since no one else on the internet is going to do one).
...Wait what are you doing? Are you still reading this? I finished what I had to say, why don't you move on to the next post?

I think most people will likely wait for a sequel. They said that this would be their last game but it looks like they could make another one if this one sells well. I knew that this would likely be not the game. Every time that they said it would be the last of something, they always end up making a new one.

Omega2040. But I'll still read VegettoEX's to make I sure want to buy it. Those two the only reviewers that'll give the game a chance at least.

well no, No one is going to do one...at least until they're forced to.

I mean it's been a year and Gametrailers still hasn't done one; Gamespot took a few months; none of the less commercial sites did one; hell, the only big review I know of was from IGN. I know it's all opinion and stuff but I look at these things as way to weigh my options and it helps when the reviewer knows nothing about Dragonball and is reviewing it objectively.

With no demo and no hope of a review outside of Daizex(which is still helpful) and don't think their is any hope of me getting this game.

I have to go through Uncharted 3, Ratchet and Clank All for one; Dark Souls; Batman Arkham City; Battlefield 3; Skyrim...yea nevermind there is no hope for this game. :?

Well it seems this guy got the game early, and He confirmed female character creators.

The Dragonboxes are like a middle aged woman who still looks good through simply taking good care of her skin and body with maybe a tiny bit of makeup while the Orange Bricks are like a middle aged woman who get's 50 tons of botox, makeup and plastic surgery in order to look younger and as a result looks even worse. ~ ringworm128
