Also, who the hell are you to tell me not to voice my opinion. Maybe you can get your head out of your own ass and accept other people's opinions. It's my opinion of why I don't want to buy the game and I was saying that I didn't like what they changed. Probably going to be useless arguing to you since you'll probably respond with "Ok" since I can tell that's how you are, but if you don't like my opinion, don't respond to it.

I was not trying to upset you.
You're perfectly entitled to your own opinion.
I'm just a bit annoyed with all the negativity before the game has been released that's all.

Sorry my friend. :)
Oh, I understand. That makes sense. Maybe you could just not be so negative about it.

Sorry, I'm just against negativity, really. Also, you're really going to bring that up into this conversation?

You're against negativity? Really?

You just had this huge rant about a game you haven't even played. Then, someone calmly explains their opinions on the matter and you call them negative. I'm just baffled really.

I wasn't even trying to be negative in my first post saying why I didn't want the game. I wasn't trying to be.

Stop with the bickering. People can be as positive or negative as they want to. They're free to express their opinions.

Fans will always hate something no matter how good it is, if Stanley Kubrick directed a DB movie then there will still be fans that will still hate it. I'm still going to pick up this game and play it with a open mind, I doubt it will be that bad. I give Duke Nukem Forever a chance after the bad reviews it got and still enjoy it.

The Dragonboxes are like a middle aged woman who still looks good through simply taking good care of her skin and body with maybe a tiny bit of makeup while the Orange Bricks are like a middle aged woman who get's 50 tons of botox, makeup and plastic surgery in order to look younger and as a result looks even worse. ~ ringworm128

This looks like some QTE. Despite it being pretty awesome that you fight the Black Star Dragon, I totally would've liked something other than the old QTE boss. Still, I'll give them props for even putting this in here.

Major failure on their part. I like that he's in the game, and I think it was a fun idea for a boss, but I think they forgot just who they were working with. In the end, they made the Ultimate Shenlong grant a wish, meaning in exchange for the Saiyan's mediocre request, the Earth will now blow up in a year, which negates his first attempt at a wish to begin with...

I'm not trying to start anything here but why is it everytime more cool info gets released about this game, people stick there noises up and say screw off? I think it's awesome everything they have done so far for this game?
What else can they do to make people happy? is everyone really that pissed about the roster? I mean i can understand you not getting your favorite characters and being mad about it.
I wish i could have gotten pikkon :(

But i really can't wait to play this game it looks like its made like my favorite game budakai 3 :)

Really? in my opinion they are taking 2 steps forward and 1 step back. And my reasons for thinking this is.
1. Awesome story(granted you could just say you could watch the show)
2. Re-drawn cut-scenes ( you can't say that about any other Dragoball game)
3. Boss battles ( you can't say that about any other Dragonball game)
4. hero mode ( you can't say that about any other Dragonball game unless you just it's the same as the story which it's not)
5. character creation( can't say that about any other Dragonball game unless you count Dragonball Online)
6. it appears to be remodeled after Budakai 3 which IMO is a plus

Now let's look at the major problems people have with this game
1. Less characters(yeah I admit it kinda sucks, But that's not going to stop me from buying the game)
2. Quick time events(which we haven't even tested to see how it plays)
Also if there are more problems with this game that I am not aware of please share them :D

Other than those two things that is the only things that i know of that people are complaining about.
I'm not trying to start a fight. But I've been reading on different fourms about this game, and the only thing they argue about is less charaters. But everyone has different opinions.

There's so more many problems that it's unbelievable, not just two. That doesn't mean the game won't be fun to play but, two problems?

And to me, it's more like this:

Pros
1.) Hero Mode: It's a giant what-if, meaning a NEW story. What isn't to like? Sure I'd prefer not having to use a created character, but it's a small price to pay for a a new storyline.
2.) Boss Battles: Over due. It's nice to have giants at the correct size and all that. They don't need to be playable, being included to fight against them is good enough.
3.) Manga-esque Graphics: Much better than the previous iterations. They look great, not like plastic or anything, but I'd still prefer a cel shaded look, more like the Naruto games.
4.)Opening Video: The second best thing in the game, second only to Hero Mode. It looks beautiful and blows me away every time I watch it.

Neutral
1.) Reanimated cutscenes: Kai should have looked like this. lol But honestly, its just a reanimated version of the story I already know, so it's nice to look at, but not a selling point to me.

Cons
1.) Character Creator: Ignoring the fact that I don't want it to begin with, it is extremely limited. Male Saiyans only, limited preset costumes and hairstyles, and only 3 characters can be created, each with one preset body type.
2.) Story Mode: I've read, watched and played the series so many times before, I don't want to relive it anymore. I know by heart, I want something NEW.
3.) BADLY revamped combat: Change isn't a bad thing, but the way they changed it is IMO. This new style of gameplay has potential, I'll admit it, but this current iteration isn't that good since everyone is even more cloned than the previous games with the same QTEs for everyone, they cut back the number of Super's we can use, etc.
4.) Massive roster cut: With everyone being clones, characters are just skins. Cutting the characters like they did makes ZERO sense. SS2 Vegeta for example, he uses the same model as SS1 Vegeta, it wasn't even any extra work to add him, other than to put his spot on the character selection screen. Other choices like excluding SS4 Goku and Vegeta, or picking Kyui over...well anyone else, poor choices all around.

The number in each category are about even, but the weight of the importance of the cons section items is at around double that of the pros.

Wasn't it said that you can create female Saiyans, too?
