Have you ever thought of adding this, Mike?

Lately I've noticed a lot of buying and selling threads in the General Franchise Discussion Section. (Mostly selling.) Basically this could be a place for people who are looking to sell, buy or trade within the community. I think it would be beneficial and it would also help to keep the forums a bit more organized. The random ebay thread or I'm selling these items thread really doesn't fit in with the rest of threads in General Franchise Discussion.

I really wasn't sure where to post this. I was going to post it in the New Section Previews forums, but new threads are disabled there.

I just knew when I was posting this that would be your response. I just figured I would throw it out there since it's becoming more and more frequent. Although, I personally don't agree with it being allowed, if it is going to continue, I'd suggest making a disclaimer that you're not responsible for any transactions that may or may not occur. And just leave it at that. Allowing them to continue to sell items in threads in the General Discussion section. From a business stand point, it may not be a great idea to keep letting it slide. I just don't want to be the one to rain on anyone's parade.

Yeah, a disclaimer may not be a bad idea.

I'm not sure if it's really getting more frequent... it's more that it seems to happen mostly around the end/beginning of the year.
