Since my post got deleted along with other inappropriate ones, I post this again: Speaking of the sound quality, I wonder why the Japanese audio on the remastered sets tends to sound even worse than that on the old singles, since they must have used the same audio sources. It's also extremely quieter.

What? The Dragon Box movies aren't grainy. Look at these shots, they look awesome! Also, keep in mind you loose just a bit of quality in these shots and still, they look great.

So what? That's definitely not, "Grainy as pasta on wholemeal bread."

Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!

Movie 8 has bad quality, regardless of release. The dark gold for the SSJ is inconsistent. Sometimes it's light gold, other times it's not. Gohan's SSJ look especially is God awful! The quality in Movie 8 is just shitty. Same with Movie 6.

Cool beans. Too bad that has nothing to do with your argument at all.

What?!

I think you just pick random numbers, combine it with a complaint and there's your post. Movies 6 and 8 look fine.

But hey, I can't keep posting screen shots to counter your complaints. If you really don't like the Dragon Box movies, that's fine. We've drifted a bit off topic for a while now, I'm just gonna end this back and forth here.

The quality still pales in comparison to the first 5 movies and the last 5 movies. Additionally, that grain isn't helping either. Overall the steelbooks have nicer quality (at least the Blu-ray steelbooks) and they also have most of the grain removed, which is (an) a +.

I thought you quit this site? You kind of remind me of how Eric Cartman wins arguments, "Screw You Guys, I'm going home!".

Anyway, the quality of movie 8 is just that because I'm pretty sure that's how it was animated. Just throwing that one out there.
And the fact you don't understand what you are talking about also doesn't help at all in your weak arguments, which strongly reinforce my Cartman theory.

One more thing, it's A+, not a+. And grain is important to the image quality.

Though I like the idea of the legendary Super Saiyan and characters, the whole production seems to had been a little bit rushed, considering the quality of the animation and many off-sync sound effects.

This is why we need the "Movies" Dragon Box. They look so excellent! Not so ridiculously over-saturated as the Steelbooks can look at times...

Lets hope FUNi's next Dragon Box announcement is about the The Movies Box or DB/GT.

The only four things I've bought from FUNimation were:
- All 7 Dragon Boxes Z
- Dragon Ball Z Kai Parts 1-6 on Blu-ray
- Yu Yu Hakusho Seasons 1-2 on Blu-ray
- DBGT Affliction #1

I'm picky so I'll wait for the remaining Dragon Boxes no matter how long they take or even if FUNi'll never release, I won't spend my money on these "DBZ Movie Packs" its quality does not satisfy me.
FUNimation 2015 Releases I want:
- Kai 2.0 on Blu-ray
