He looks AMAZING in person, better than I remember considering I used to own the normal version about 10 years ago when originally released. My phone's camera does not do it justice.

Curious how much did you spend on those? I love the Movie Collection and If Labs figures, more so than anything else in my collection.

About $80 for Meta-Cooler about a year ago, and $120 for SE Final Form Cooler. There should be much cheaper options on Ebay, but they won't be new in the box.
Gohan: At least he doesn't have his sword out anymore.
Kuririn: Yeah, and your dad put his finger away too.

I just purchased the case for the Movie 3 & 4 Steelbook... literally... just the case.

I removed the plastic wrapping and opened it a few seconds ago, and there was no discs in there. So I'm going to have to go back to Best Buy tomorrow to return it and hopefully things go smoothly and they don't think I just took the DVDs out of the case myself. Bloody hell.

This is technically a "What is your next Dragonball purchase?" post. I'm really tempted to pick up all of the Captain Ginyu Saga, Frieza Saga, and Garlic Jr. Saga DVD singles on eBay sometime soon. I have some kind of masochistic curiosity to watch the original, unrevised dub of Season 3. However...
There was never a box set released for the ten individual Frieza discs. There had been rumors floating around that FUNimation would be remastering these discs to fix issues (such as episode navigation, eye-catches, theme songs, etc.), but nothing further was ever officially announced. However, many fans report purchasing these discs many years later with corrected features (such as surrounding OP/ED themes); it is assumed FUNimation did another "silent correction release" with many of these discs.
I'd really like to own the first edition of these DVDs, imperfections and all. It just feels right.
It's been done countless times before, but...

Got the real Weekly Jump 40th Anniversary Goku and Luffy. They were a pain to find.

EDIT: The colors are way off because my room's lighting sucks, so I know Goku's shorts and wristbands look too dark.

They're blue, my room is too dark, and my camera is awful; hence why I threw that edit in there.

Only $0.99. :) I already own the "First Strike" box set, but hell, I have a soft spot for Ocean's dub of these three movies. Plus I'm interested in watching the old DVD extras.

Where do you find the old box sets? I've been looking everywhere, I can't find them in the UK anywhere :(
Next to get; Leged of Saiyan figures and Freeza's force

If anyone sees
Any of the Legend of Saiyan line going cheapish
Or any other Banpresto DBZ figure :)

If anyone has a cooler steelbook dvd that wants to sell it (prefer new but used is fine) when/if the dragon box movies comes out contact me :)

I found it on eBay.com from a guy who is in the processing of selling off his anime collection.

These are just a few of the things I picked up recently (though the Trunks/Bardock specials were a few months back).

I want to thank Krycek7o2, as if it wasn't for his help I wouldn't have been able to pick up the JSAT special, which I am so very happy to finally own.
