Oh, Dragonboy, that can be read over at Toriyamaworld in the One Shots section
So, I went over to Toriyamaworld and took a look at Dragonboy and well, its actually a LOT more like Dragonball then I thought...

Dragonboy looks a lot more like a child version of Yamcha than Goku.
