Aaaaah! I thought you meant something else. Nobody wants to play Supes for fear of being too bad (like "Batman and Robin" killed the Batman movies). Now they also want Beyonce to be Lois, and she said yes. Saw her admit to this on Access Hollywood about 3 weeks ago. I hope it stays in movie limbo until she changes her mind. :x

No, it's not going anymore. Warner Bros. hired Kevin Smith to re-write a proposed script and they even had Nicholas Cage signed on, but then Smith was let go and shortly after the project was abandoned. If you've ever watched "An Evening With Kevin Smith"(which I highly recommend), he actually tells a really funny story about trying to work on that script and having to work with producer John Peters, who's as big a nutjob as you've ever seen. Really funny story anyway. So from what I've heard, it's still on hiatus.

This was months before the Beyonce thing though. Maybe they're trying to leech off her popularity and don't have a script yet. There'd be more buzz than two days on Access Hollywood for such a hollywoody important tidbit of confirmed news.
