I remember hearing this music in another video, where someone was cosplaying Master Roshi and talked during it, without Masako Nozawa's commetary. Therefore it must exist somewhere on the Internet! I think it got already removed from YouTube, since it was pretty long time ago. And perhaps, the guy that was cosplaying Master Roshi was actually the same one as on here:
