I have to say, I wasn't expecting this! It would be hilarious if Raditz just died right here.

Badass. I knew Kakarotto would do something like this. I love his expression in the first panel.

Raditz should put his little brother in his place on the next few pages. This Kakaratto shouldn't be much different, power-wise, from ours. One could argue that he should be weaker...

Guess that Tenshinhan Kikoho must really damage Radditz, that`s why Kakarotto is able to put up a fight

I really like this special, the artist can handle fight scenes very well. Also, the more we see Kakarotto, the more you realize how fucked up he is. There's evil and then there's crazy.

Whoa, certainly wasn't expecting that to happen. I'm kind of in line with everyone else though, in that Kakarot is just getting a jump on Raditz due to being less tired, and stronger than Raditz expected - but Raditz is going to stomp him down in a second. At least, for now Raditz should be stronger.

I don't want to go into that debate, but yeah, Kakarot here is almost giving me a...well, a 'Broly' vibe. Only he has more reason, he's crazy but has sense about it instead of being flat off the deep end.

I'm not saying he is for certain, but I'll at least note that it's plausible that he's stronger than our Goku was at this point in time...even if it's just enough to make a fool out of Raditz. Goku usually trained, fought a bad guy or two that gave him some trouble, trained, fought a troublesome bad guy or two, etc. Kakarotto on the other hand has been attacking the planet pretty much since his arrival, first as an Oozaru and later as himself. He's probably public enemy #1 since he gained the attention of Kami, meaning his life was a lot harder, resulting in more enemies, more fights and more injuries to heal from, which means more power for a Saiyan.

I don't think he looks *that* crazy. IMO he is still kinda reminiscent of our Son Goku, except he's way less naive and innocent than him.

Yeah, this Kakorotto should actually be much weaker than our Goku. I'd assume he hasn't had any formal martial arts training, which would be a huge setback despite how ruthless he has become. Raditz might be surprised by his power, but I'll need some serious convincing if he's actually going to be outmatched.

I highly doubt he's weaker. With all the battles he's undoubtedly had against the entire Earth's population, including a decent number of strong fighters, I'm sure he has a good chunk of experience. I also find it difficult to imagine that he came out of all those battles unscathed, and seeing how he's survived thus far, He's probably received a couple of near death boosts too; infinitely more useful than training for a Saiyan.

Yeah, I think Kakarotto has probably abused Zenkai really badly in this timeline.

I personally think his power level is around 800 here, given this page. With that level of power, he would be able to catch Raditz off guard if he wasn't expecting his little brother to attack him.

Kakarot is making for a very interesting character... shame we haven't seen more of him like this in the main story. Although of course it's likely that he would have calmed down a bit.

I guess this is what U13 Vegeta meant when he said Kakarotto was a pain in the ass. He kinda reminds me of the jungle boy from The Wild ThornBerries lol (can't remember his name).

Seems kind of obvious. You send a baby off to fend for himself, show up 20 years later to check up on him, and find he's not civilized.

Even as a boy, Goku would be stronger than 99% of Earth's population. Defeating most people wouldn't be a challenge, and he wouldn't really improve drastically from doing it. I really don't think most of the serious martial artists from the Tenkaichi Budokai would let him live, so he either beat them as is (which I don't see happening) or killed them in the Oozaru form (which is probably how he killed most of the humans to begin with).

There we go. Well done Raditz. He was just like "wtf?!" to his little bro appearing out of nowhere like that. Evil Goku is pretty cool, and Raditz looks glorious for once in that last panel. I really like how they portrayed Kakarotto in this special.
