BT3 on Wii U

Post by TheMightyOzaru » Mon Nov 19, 2012 8:34 pm

I was wondering if this game was compatible with the Pro controller for Wii U. Also can you still play BT3 online with the Wii U? If so it should make for better connection.

You can't use the pro controller on Wii games unfortunately. But you should be able to use the classic controller. As far as playing online goes, I'd imagine not. And even if you could, it likely wouldn't fix the lag. That's a problem in the game's net code.

Aw, no Pro Controller for Original Wii games? That really sucks, the new Wii Pro Controller looks a lot better than the Classic Controller for gaming.

While Wii equipment is compatible with the Wii U, it generally doesn't work the other way around.

The Wii U emulates the Wii Menu for Wii content, so online play should work as it always does. I'd be more interested in seeing how the games looked in faux-1080p, since it's been confirmed by individuals and websites alike that despite Nintendo's insisting to the contrary, the U actually does internally scale Wii games.

Just like Dragon Ball since Chapter #4.
