"Something Cool" Relating to FUNi's Dragon Boxes Next Year?

I would buy the GT box, I'd be interested in actually remembering what happens in that damn series (Especially since I ain't seen it in Japanese, save a couple episodes). GT also sounds like the kind of thing Toei would be willing to toss out to people (No offence).

There's a chance that FUNimation will never release them all.

A part of my brain believes that, but another part just doesn't get it. I'll give it a few years and then just by the complete remastered set or something.

I wish they would just canceled the damn Orange Bricks and Kept the Dragon Boxes in stock.... The prices for Dragon Boxes nowadays are insane...

I doubt that will happen since it seems like they still sell the orange bricks at local stores like Best Buy and Target. The orange bricks sold so well is because of the nostalgia. The causal fans bought them since they were cheap and they can re-vist their childhood. The DBZ Boxes are targeted to the hard core fans and I doubt a casual buyer would spend $60-$80 on them.

Yeah, that's a shame nostalgia has such a hold on the general public rather than quality.
Here in France, widespread channels still air the old dub of Dragon Ball Z when they now have the much more accurate dub of Dragon Ball Kai, and the old-translation Tankobon from back then are still showcased a lot in stores, when there's re-translated Tankobon and Kanzenban available at the same time.
Sometimes, I see poor ignorant people buying the old product, unaware that there is a better version available. I have to intervene sometimes to save them, with a quick remark, just a "Better take this instead. The real version."
