That "fabric poster" is better known as a "wall scroll" in the anime fan world. Either way is fine though. These used to big in the 90's, I still have a bunch of old DragonBall and Street Fighter scrolls. Hmm, this one seems to be fake. But the funny thing about wall scrolls are, most of them usually are fakes. But hey, if you like the artwork...

The image used for that poster is actually a vector made by Snakou

Just for the colours you can see that they are exactly the colours which he used in his vector, which are not the ones from the original image. It's funny how they put "Dragon Ball Z" above the Snakou watermark/sign
