Question About Trunks' Future

Actually 2-

1. The Androids terrorize the Earth for what, 15 years or something? Wouldn't they just about destroy everything by then? It took Buu only 2 days to leave it to a fifth of the population, and although Buu is far more powerful, I still think it would have only taken so long.

Unless they only destroyed a city a day, but I think they could do more than that. That would mean they only destroyed 5475 cities, but I bet more than that were blown up.

2. If Trunks has never had a master before, how is he so buff and can use KI? And that he is actually very strong and seems to be trained a solid amount before Gohan stepped in. So who trained him? Vegeta died when he was just a baby, so I guess either Gohan taught him the basics earlier, then trained him more later, or another little fun theory-

It seems Chaotzu fought against the androids, but we never see him die onscreen. Maybe he survived and trained Trunks? Probably not, but interesting idea.

1) I think they paced themselves.

2) From what I rmember of the manga version of Trunks' time in the future before coming ot the present (while Gohan was still alive), Gohan had been Trunks' sensei for a very considerable amount of time (long enough for him to become powerful enough to become a Super Saiyan).

Yeah, like Kendamu said, they just took their time in killing so they could have more fun. They knew nobody could stop them (at the time), so why rush a good thing?

Exactly, the Androids didn't want to destroy every city until nothing was left, they wanted to enjoy them selves and have fun. I think they'd let the people start re-building cities so they could just destroy them again.

As for Trunks, I don't think there was a 'before Gohan stepped in' seeing as Gohan was born before Trunks so he's been there the whole time teaching him basics untill he was old enough to begin proper training.

As for Chaozu training Trunks...nah, doesn't go really.

1) Yeah, the Androids were sadistic. They took their time; made the people of Earth suffer and all that.

2)Trunks probably just fiddled around with self-training or something like that. I mean, besides some sparring with ChiChi, Goten got pretty strong with virtually no training, besides playing with Trunks, right? Mirai Trunks probably just got strong by default.

While Majin Buu enjoyed simply blowing up city after city in one shot, or eating all of the civilians very quikly and being finished; the androids would spend a considerable amount of time in each city. In the special we see them driving the cars, going into shops, playing around in theme parks, and just hanging around in the wreckage before they were finished with the city. Majin Buu liked to blow things up quikly and the androids liked to have fun and terrorize the citizens.

Future Gohan and Future Trunks were best friends in their time even though their ages were far apart. They hung out a lot when Trunks was growing up since Gohan was the only one really around. Having grown up around him, he was probably told how to fly by Gohan and told stories about the time before the androids. Trunks had probably also seen what Gohan could do and having been able to control energy, taught himself how to create an aura and mastered flying by himself as well.

It was only when Trunks became determined and Gohan took him on as his puple that he learned how to actually fight and control his power.
