I guess this is more of a legal question than anything else. I remember seeing a post by EX in which he was talking about 2 albums one
here (itunes link) that had Dragon Ball (and other) covers on them. I would really like to make something along the lines of this.
But that's not what I want to talk about. My question is how did they get the rights to cover the songs? Did they have to deal directly with Toei or did they have to request the rights from Columbia. I'm kind of confused here...and I don't want to get sued.
