It's really just the spirit of American DBZ altogether. If I wanted to jab at fans, I'd just have a friend come over and we'd fake argue power levels while using the dub as the basis for our arguments. And we'd say "Akira" a lot.

You should do that. Have them come over with TI-84 calculators along with magnifying glasses to inspect manga panels.

This. Is. Awesome. I would totally buy one, but apparently it's a fan-made figure (or so it says on Facebook where I found it, but it almost looks...CG...to me?).

I have seen these on the ZBrush forums, they look awesome!
They currently have a fan art challenge.

"The challenge starts this Monday April 22nd and the final images will have to be posted in the Final Image Album by July 1st".

Check out all the pages. Each page has an amazing 3D character.

Looks like I'm going to get lost in that thread all morning. There's some very impressive 3D art, I love it!

Whoa, all these CG works are AMAZING. I can't even imagine trying to make something like that...these guys are amazingly talented.

I came not just to fawn over the talents of others though, I came to share...more talents from others! I should probably take pictures of some of my old art eventually, but eh, haven't gotten around to it yet. Anyway, I just found these and thought they were pretty good.

First off, a look at the daily life of the Vegeta/Bulma family. Be warned though, it has nudity (oh noes!)...but not of the variety that I really think it belongs in our other fan-art thread, since um...well, yeah.

And then there's this, which makes me laugh way more than it should.

Kind of a long image though, maybe I should just leave it as a link...let me know and I can fix that.

HOLY SH*T!! This would be a perfect costume and look to give Goku if he was ever a guest star in any random fighter game (Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, etc.)
