Easiest to Hardest Budokai Games?

These are all Budokai games that exist:

Budokai 1
Budokai 2
Budokai 3
Burst Limit
Infinite World
Shin Budokai 1
Shin Budokai 2
Evolution

It's hard to tell which are the easy to hard for me, but I'd say easy: Burst Limit, SB1/SB2 and Evolution, the rest tends to get a little tricky without playing it by doing the right combos.

Kid Boo in Budokai 2 was pretty difficult to beat and Shenron in Infinite World was just ridiculous.

Kid Buu and Omega Shenron are the hardest, but all are still very easy.
Don't know the hardest, but Budokai 3 is the easiest for sure.
I can easily take on Z3, Very Strong, Omega Shenron, full handicap, and Senzu Bean...with Hercule/Krillin and no Senzu Bean...

Pretty pathetic how easy the game is now. I remember having a bit of trouble when I first started playing LOL

Same. I breezed through the rest of the game, and was stuck on that fight for days.

Infinite World is much more difficult than any other DBZ fighter. I remember my first playthrough, it was on normal mind you, I remember most story mode battles being close. It's nothing like Budokai 3 was, that game was a present. IW story mode, especially before you start customizing, was crazy. I got used to it after I learned how to combo cancel. But goddamn.

Agreed there. Infinite World is on a whole other level from the other Budokai games in terms of difficulty. I would argue that Kid Buu in story mode is easily one of, if not the hardest, fights in the Budokai games. You really have to play that fight smart if you hope to beat it.

I'm not really sure I could rank the other Budokai games. Budokai 2 is pretty tough at points, so perhaps that would be second. Otherwise, the other games are pretty equal in my opinion.

I don't know about order because they are mostly easy until the end.

Kid Boo in Budokai 2 is damn hard. I can beat him, but I usually have to weaken him first.

I found infinite World easy with my customization. I can play on the hardest difficulty no problem.

I had a hard time with Super Boo when fighting him with Gohan and inside his body. But if I maxed out the difficulty would go down.

The final bosses of each Budokai games were pretty hard... Power Weighted Cell, Pure (Kid) Boo... I'd probably have to say IW as well... even on easy the AI are pretty good and can actually string a long combos (and even cancels) really well!

Normal AI on IW, will never stop attacking, every cancel known to man will be used on you...

I think it would be hard to really say which is the hardest because of different play styles and experience. For example I didn't play the single player of B3 until I already had tons of time (as in easily 100+ hours) in multiplayer so I found the game to be really easy. However years later when I finally played IW I found it pretty hard because I was out of practice and there was differences compared to B3. But after playing IW for a bit I figured out a few things and found it to be really easy as well. But I'll agree with B1 being hard at the end, I never did figure out power weighted Cell in B1 so he was really hard when the rest of the game was really easy (but I wouldn't be surprised if there was just some simple trick that could be used to beat him easily).

If I rank them, it would be:

1. Budokai 1
2. Burst Limit
3. Budokai 3
4. Budokai 2
5. Infinite World

Budokai was simply too easy to play. The opponents was much simpler to win against and they were pretty much predictable. Budokai 2 was incredible hard because you have to have strategies to win against Broly and Kid Boo. I had to challenge them numerous times before I won. Majin Cell and Freeza was a little bit tough, but they were manageable. Budokai 3 was ok. Not too hard, not too easy. I wouldn't be as struggling, though.

Infinite World is a whole another level. It was so hard, both mini games and actual story mode-wise. There was no room for mistakes, or else you are gonna lose easily. But this game was one of my favorite Budokai games. Budokai 2 was my second favorite because of the board game. It was unique and it was fun to play the game.
