Yes but didn't Toriyama make the character designs for the movies and most of the designs in GT?

He just created the design of the Gokuh and Vegeta Family and friends, and also Don Kear and a bit more, but that's all, he didn't designed anymore on GT, and the same with the other filler/movies "geniuses"

Well, technically he did, the only reason he was defeated was because he couldn't bring himself to kill his own sister. Take her out of the equation and he was unstoppable.
He was built has the absolute perfect Artificial Human and Machine Mutant, he has shown to at least have all the best technologies of the Artificial Humans series, it wouldn't be a stretch to assume he also has the best out of the Machine Mutants such has metal meld and stuff like that.

Absorbing SSJ4 Goku's X10 Kamehameha worked wonders for him as well. Then again Goku's tactics in that fight baffled me.

He is not even attempting to dodge you're blasts and got increasingly stronger through the fight Goku! What has to click in you're head for you to realize that he's absorbing you're attacks?!

Dr. Auto. That's usually what that refers to in games.

EDIT: As in selecting between "Auto" or "Command", or something like that, for some in-game feature like using a support ability. Does that make any sense for anything in Heroes?
