If something is truly perfect, that's IT! The bottom line becomes there is no room for imagination! No space for intelligence or ability or improvement! Do you understand? To men of science like us, perfection is a dead end, a condition of hopelessness. Always strive to be better than anything that came before you but not perfect! Right click an image, copy the image URL, then hit the image tab on here, you'll get a icon with that says img twice in two brackets, now post the image url between the two brackets.

Sooooo pretty! Combining those with the FUNimation singles gives you a nice "broadcast block" to put on a shelf. My OCD brain won't let me display partial sets of things I have out of curiosity. Thanks to a smattering of Blu-rays and Orange Bricks though I have a full set of Japanese, it's just not Dragon Box perfect.
A YouTube channel with no AMVs on it? I know, it's hard to believe.

This month's stuff:

Image

Dragon Ball Z Kai, all "seasons" on DVD;

Image

Some of the DBZ Movies in 4:3, bought them used. The box containing movies 4-6 shows it's age, but I knew what I was getting, 'cause the seller included pictures. Other than that, everything looks pretty much like new. I decided to hunt down the 4:3 versions, because if FUNi will ever release the rest of the Dragon Boxes, the movies will probably be in widescreen, anyway.

And I also got...

Image

...this. Why the Japanese release? Well, I bought the Japanese release of Fist of the North Star live-action movie before, 'cause I heard that they hired the same voice actors that were cast in the anime, and I just had to watch it this way. And the movie became much more enjoyable because of that.

So i was curious how was the Dragon Ball live-action movie like in Japanese. Not too bad, actually. Can't say the same about the movie itself though :lol:

I gotta say, though. Fist of the North Star had a lot better movie adaptation than Dragon Ball.

The Dragonboxes are like a middle aged woman who still looks good through simply taking good care of her skin and body with maybe a tiny bit of makeup while the Orange Bricks are like a middle aged woman who get's 50 tons of botox, makeup and plastic surgery in order to look younger and as a result looks even worse. ~ ringworm128

My mother ordered them early because she thought they'd go out of stock because season 2 was going in and out of stock. and the dragon-boxes I guess she didn't want to risk it lol but believe me, I won't get any of this until christmas day haha

This isn't my own purchase, and I'm not even sure that my friend actually bought it either...but this still feels like the most proper place to post this.

If you've been holding out on Dragon Ball Evolution, now is the time my friends! I mean, worst case scenario and you hate it, you still get the awesomeness that is Eragon, the Percy Jackson movie, and THUNDERPANTS, right? RIGHT? ... :lol:

Good god, all this thing is lacking to make it even more hilarious is The Last Airbender.
