Also if the demo is 1 GB, then the whole game might be that size for Vita. which means it's economical either way. I'm pretty sure it will be 35 dollars on Vita PSN.
The Vita version supports local multiplayer. That's what the Adhoc option in the Battle, and Co-op modes are for.

And while I don't want to start a list war or anything, Vita certainly has a robust library of quality fighting games. It has Blazblue, Guilty Gear, Street Fighter X Tekken, Dead or Alive, and Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 amongst some of the more casual friendly games like Reality Fighters and PlayStation All-Stars.

If you search for a lobby with 2 players only, you will do 1 VS 1 without CPU players.

I must admit, as hectic as the gameplay can be, it ended up being more fun than I was expecting. I guess that could be attributed to the fact that I was going in with very low expectations to begin with. I like the team aspect of the fighting system and how the special moves look. I just dislike how stale the gameplay inevitably gets after awhile. It's not really a big deal for a demo, but I have a feeling I'd get bored real fast playing the actual game.

So overall, I think the game is kinda fun, but it still has a lot of things I'm not a fan of.

Are we really still getting replacement music? I just lost any interest I had in this game.

"Over saturation is easy. Just drag the slider to the right and there you are: instant interest. And certainly, the majority of the public likes saturated color images. In fact, if you want to quickly create a popular image, simply over saturate the colors and increase the contrast. While you may not achieve a sophisticated image, you will achieve an image that will please a less demanding audience." - Alain Briot

Downloading now. As long as this happens, I'll be satisfied, at least with the demo.

After I finish beating the cabbage out of Nappa, I'll be back later with my thoughts :P

No problem

Aaaaaaand I'm done. Well, it's definitely not very deep, but, then again, I wasn't expecting it to be. I can see how it could get boring after a while, but after playing for just half an hour or so, I found myself enjoying the game. The graphics don't really bother me, I like the dialogues during the fights, and pinballing Nappa was as fun as I'd hoped it'd be

Will I be paying $60 for it? No. But I'll probably end up buying it after a few months when the price goes down.

Well, due to my stupidity and having no expectations for games whatsoever, I really enjoyed the demo and may pay full price for the full game.

It's not a loop hole. In the lobby settings you can make a game for two players, and that's a 1 vs. 1 match.

I like the liberties taken with the original story, it reminds of DBZ RPGs such as Super Saiya Densetsu or Harukanaru Densetsu.

Me too, so far. Really getting tired of some people complaining that the story isn't a perfect recreation of the anime, but with polygons. Honestly, how many times can you read, watch and play the same thing? The more unique the plot, the more it has my interest.
