Well theres only a 5 year difference. Arevir is 25 and Kental is 30.

They likely look similar due to Arevir's False SSJ4 looking like Kental's SSJ6

I think it'd look better if you took a little bit off the left side of his face. Smoothed out the jaw a bit, you know?

It's Kid Gohan. Once I colour the gi hopefully it'll be easier to tell.

Yeah, initially his chin was pointed and the first thing my brother said to me was that his chin needed to be rounded, and yeah I will smoothen the jaw. Thanks for your opinion.

Arevir looks 10 times as badass in his false SSJ4 form than Kental does in his SSJ6 form in my opinion.
Also, the false SSJ4 form would be a good replacement of the current SSJ4 design, it looks sweet.

So here's the finished picture but I have a problem regarding Trunks' background.

As you can see, I tried to emulate the background seen in this screenshot.

Does my background look like that of the screenshot? Unfortunately Manga Studio Debut 4 lacks the blend and gradiation features of its EX4 counterpart so I had to use the airbrush as best I could here.
